Claims (10)
- 적어도 공기 공급량 및 점화각을 설정하는 제어 유니트를 갖는 내연 기관의 토크 제어 방법에 있어서, 점화각에 의해 소정의 토크 여유가 설정되도록 공기 공급량 및 점화각이 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 토크 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어도, 코트 여유의 설정이 적어도 아이들링 및/또는 아이들링에 근접한 범위에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 토크 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소정의 토크 여유가 존재하도록 사용 점화각 및 그 때의 최적 점화각이 수정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 토크 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내연 기관에 의해 출력되는 토크에 대한 목표치가 부여되고, 그 목표치가 공기 공급량 및 점화각의 조절에 의해 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 토크 제어 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 부하 변화에 의해 목표치가 변화할 때, 점화각의 즉시 변화에 의해 목표치의 변화가 보상되고, 그 후 공기 공급량 및 점화각의 제어에 의해 소정의 토크 여유가 다시 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 토크 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소정의 토크 여유의 값이 내연 기관에 의해 출력되는 토크의, 최적 점화각의 설정에 의해 얻어진 각 운전 상태에서의 최적 토크치로부터의 편차에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 토크 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 토크 여유가 일정치로서 부여되는지 또는 운전 변수의 함수인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 토크 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소정의 토크 여유를 형성하기 위한 점화각 및 공기 공급량의 설정이 점화각의 최적 점화각으로부터의 편차 및 실제 토크의 최적 토크로부터의 편차 사이의 포물선 형상의 관계에 기초하여 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 토크 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출력 토크의 변화가 실질적으로 지연 없이 소정의 토크 여유의 범위내에서 점화각 설정의 변화에 의해 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 토크 제어 방법.
- 적어도 공기 공급량 및 점화각을 설정하는 제어 유니트를 갖는 내연 기관의 토크 제어 장치에 있어서, 점화각에 의해 소정의 토크 여유가 설정되도록 공기 공급량 및 점화각이 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 토크 제어 장치.
