Abstract

본 발명은 폐문시 로크동작에 있어서, 저항력을 없애고 확실한 동작을 얻는 것과 아울러, 구조를 간략화하여 코스트를 낮출 수 있는 래치로크장치에 관한 것으로서, 걸림돌조부재(12)를 언로크위치에 유지한 상태에서 상대측의 걸어맞춤훅부(5)의 접촉면(5a)까지 누르면, 일단측이 걸어맞춤훅부(5)의 접촉면(5a)에 접하여 액추에이터(14)가 제2스프링(15)의 힘에 저항하여 회전하고, 이 회전으로 액추에이터(14)의 오목부(21)에 대한 걸어맞춤이 해제되며, 제1스프링(13)의 힘으로 걸림돌조부재(12)가 로크위치까지 이동되어 걸어맞춤훅부(5)의 훅면(5b)에 자동적으로 걸어맞춰져 로크되는 구성으로 되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예로서 나타낸 래치로크장치의 작동상태도, 제2도는 문이 개방된 상태에서 상기 래치로크장치를 표시한 작동상태도, 제3도는 상기 래치로크장치의 정면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 상대측 걸어맞춤훅면에 걸림돌조부재를 걸어맞춰 로크하는 래치로크장치에 있어서, 상기 걸림돌조부재를, 상기 걸어맞춤훅면과 걸어맞춤이 가능한 로크위치와 걸어맞춤이 불가능한 언로크위치에 슬라이드 가능하도록 유지하는 케이싱과; 상기 걸림돌조부재에 일체로 형성된 걸어맞춤로크부와; 상기 걸림돌조부재를 항상 상기 로크위치방향으로 유지해 두기 위한 제1스프링과; 일단측이 상기 케이싱에서 돌출되어 있음과 아울러 타단측이 상기 걸어맞춤로크부와 해제가능하게 걸어맞춰져서 상기 걸림돌조부재를 언로크위치까지 유지하기 위한 액추에이터와; 상기 액추에이터의 타단측이 상기 걸어맞춤로크부와 걸어맞춰가는 방향으로 항상 탄지하기 위한 제2스프링을 구비하여, 상기 케이싱이 상대측의 소정위치까지 대략 배치되면, 상기 액추에이터의 일단측이 상기 상대측의 소정면에 접촉되어, 타단측과 상기 걸어멈춤로크부와의 걸어맞춤이 해제되는 방향으로 상기 액추에이터가 상기 제2스프링의 힘에 저항하여 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 래치로크장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 걸림돌조부재에 이 걸림돌조부재를 상기 로크위치에서 상기 언로크위치까지 수동복귀시키기 위한 조작부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 래치로크장치.
