Abstract

본 발명은 한 종방향 단부의 토너 공급 개구와, 병의 종방향과 교차되는 방향으로 연장되는 횡방향 리세스 또는 돌출부들과, 상기 횡방향 리세스 또는 돌출부들의 양 측면에 사실상 종방향으로 연장되는 다수의 종방향 리세스 또는 돌출부들을 포함하는, 분말 토너를 내장하는 토너 병에 관한 것이다.

제9도는 화상 형성 장치의 토너 수납기에 장착되려고 하는 토너 병의 사시도

Claims (21)

  1. 분말 토너를 내장하는 토너 병에 있어서, 한 종방향 단부의 토너 공급 개구와, 병의 종방향과 교차되는 방향으로 연장되는 횡방향 리세스 또는 돌출부들과, 상기 횡방향 리세스 또는 돌출부들의 양 측면에 사실상 종방향으로 연장되는 다수의 종방향 리세스 또는 돌출부들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너 병.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리세스 또는 돌출부는 원주 방향으로 0.6㎜ 이상 및 3.0㎜ 이하의 범위의 평균 두께를 갖고, 최소 두께는 0.4㎜ 이상 및 2.5㎜ 이하의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 토너 병.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급 개구의 면적이 @ ㎤이고, 상기 병의 체적 W ㎤ 이 W/a≥50의 관계식을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너 병.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리세스 및 돌출부의 표면적 비는 10% 이상 및 50% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 토너 병.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 종방향 리세스 및 돌출부는 모든 상기 리세스 또는 돌출부의 50% 이상 및 90% 이하의 범위를 점유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너 병.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리세스 또는 돌출부는 3㎜ 이상 및 20㎜ 이하의 범위의 폭을 갖고 상기 병의 내부벽들 사이의 거리의 0.5% 이상 및 20% 이하의 범위의 깊이를 갖는 리세스의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 토너 병.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리세스 또는 돌출부는 U 또는 V형의 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너 병.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토너 병은 1000㎤ 이상 및 6000㎤ 이하의 범위의 체적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너 병.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급 개구의 직경은 40㎜ 이상 및 110㎜ 이하의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 토너 병.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토너 병은 80㎜ 이상 및 160㎜ 이하의 범위의 배럴직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너 병.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토너 병은 200㎜ 이상 및 450㎜ 이하의 높이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너 병.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토너 병의 병 부분은 폴리프로필렌 수지 재료로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 토너 병.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 수지 재료는 에틸렌 수지 재료를 갖는 임의의 공중합체이고, 에틸렌 재료의 함량은 1.0% 이상 및 3.0% 이하의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 토너 병.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토너 병의 병 부분은 폴리에틸렌 수지 재료로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 토너 병.
  15. 토너 병 제조 방법에 있어서, 예비 성형물을 사출 성형하는 단계와, 예비 성형물을 팽창시키는 단계와, 팽창된 예비 성형물을 병을 형성하도록 취입하는 단계와, 분말 토너를 상기 병으로 공급하는 단계와, 병의 개구를 밀폐하도록 캡을 장착하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 병은 폴리프로필렌 수지 재료로 만들어지고, 상기 병의 높이는 예비 성혀물의 높이의 1.2배 이상 및 2.5배 이하의 범위인 것을 특쟁으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 병은 폴리에스터 수지 재료로 만들어지고, 상기 병의 높이는 에비 성형물의 높이의 2.0배 이상 및 3.0배 이하의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 병은 개구에 인접한 돌출부를 갖고, 나사부에 대응하는 병의 내부 면은 매끄러운 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부는 캡을 장착하는 나사의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  20. 제15항에 있어서, 병의 형상을 결정하는 주형이 취입 단계에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 리브가 주형에 의한 취입 성형 단계중 병에 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
