Claims (7)
- (i) 밀도가 0.90∼0.98g/㎤의 범위이고, (ii) 190℃의 온도, 2.16kg의 하중하에서 측정한 멜트 플로우 레이트는 0.001∼3,000g/10분의 범위이고, (iii) 멜트 텐션(MT)과 멜트 플로우 레이트(MFR)는 하기 식으로 표현되는 관계를 만족하고, log MT〈-0.4 log MFR+0.75, (iv) 분자량분포 Mw/Mn은 2∼9의 범위이고, (v) 분자량분포 Mz/Mw는 2∼5의 범위이고, (vi) 장쇄 분지의 비율을 가리키는 g*같은 0.90∼1.00의 범위이고, (vii) 스웰비는 1.35 이상인 것이 특징인 에틸렌 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지글러 나타 촉매를 사용하여 제조된 것이 특징인 에틸렌 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, [I] (A) (a) 환원능을 갖지 않는 액체 마그네슘 화합물, (b) 복수의 원자를 거쳐서 존재하는 2개 이상의 에테르 결합을 갖는 화합물, (c) 액체상태의 티타늄 화합물 및 필요에 따라서 (d) 석출화제(precipitating agent) (여기에서 성분(a), (b), (c) 및 (d)중의 적어도 하나의 성분은 할로겐 함유 화합물을 포함한다)를 서로 접촉시켜 얻은, 티타늄, 마그네슘, 할로겐 및 상기 복수의 원자를 거쳐서 존재하는 2개 이상의 에테르 결합을 갖는 화합물을 함유하는 고체 티타늄 복합체와, (B) 주기율표 제 I∼제III족에서 선택한 금속을 함유하는 유기금속 화합물을 서로 접촉시켜 얻은 고체 티타늄 유기금속 화합물 복합체에 산소를 접촉시켜 얻은 고체 티타늄촉매 성분과, [II] 주기율표 제 I∼제III에서 선택한 금속을 함유하는 유기금속 화합물 촉매 성분으로 구성된 에틸렌 중합용 촉매에 의해 제조된 것이 특징인 에틸렌 중합체.
- [I] (A) (a) 환원능을 갖지 않는 액체 마그네슘 화합물, (b) 복수의 원자를 거쳐서 존재하는 2개 이상의 에테르 결합을 갖는 화합물, (c) 액체상태의 티타늄 화합물 및 필요에 따라서 (d) 석출화제 (여기에서 성분(a), (b), (c) 및 (d)중의 적어도 하나의 성분은 할로겐 함유 화합물을 포함한다)를 서로 접촉시켜 얻은, 티타늄, 마그네슘, 할로겐 및 상기 복수의 원자를 거쳐서 존재하는 2개 이상의 에테르 결합을 갖는 화합물을 함유하는 고체 티타늄 복합체와, (B) 주기율표 제 I∼제III족에서 선택한 금속을 함유하는 유기금속 화합물을 서로 접촉시켜 얻은 고체 티타늄 유기금속 화합물 복합체에 산소를 접촉시켜 얻은 고체 티타늄 촉매 성분과, [II] 주기율표 제 I∼제III에서 선택한 금속을 함유하는 유기금속 화합물 촉매 성분으로 구성된 에틸렌 중합용 촉매의 존재하에, 에틸렌을 단독중합하거나 또는 에틸렌과 에틸렌 이외의 올레핀을 공중합하여 에틸렌 중합체를 제조하는 것이 특징인 에틸렌 중합체의 제조방법.
- (A) (a) 환원능을 갖지 않는 액체 마그네슘 화합물, (b) 복수의 원자를 거쳐서 존재하는 2개 이상의 에테르 결합을 갖는 화합물, (c) 액체상태의 티타늄 화합물 및 필요에 따라서 (d) 석출화제(여기에서 성분(a), (b), (c) 및 (d) 중의 적어도 하나의 성분은 할로겐 함유 화합물을 포함한다)를 서로 접촉시켜 얻은 티타늄, 마그네슘, 할로겐 및 상기 복수의 원자를 거쳐서 존재하는 2개 이상의 에테르 결합을 갖는 화합물을 함유하는 고체 티타늄 복합체와, (B) 주기율표 제 I∼제III족에서 선택한 금속을 함유하는 유기금속 화합물을 서로 접촉시켜 얻은 고체 티타늄 유기금속 화합물 복합체에 산소를 접촉시켜 얻은 고체 티타늄 촉매 성분과, [II] 주기율표 제 I∼제III에서 선택한 금속을 함유하는 유기금속 화합물 촉매 성분으로 구성된 에틸렌 중합용 촉매의 존재하에, 에틸렌을 단독중합하거나 또는 에틸렌과 에틸렌 이외의 올레핀을 공중합하여 제1항의 에틸렌 중합체를 제조하는 것이 특징인 에틸렌 중합체의 제조방법.
- (A) (a) 환원능을 갖지 않는 익체 마그네슘 화합물, (b) 복수의 원자를 거쳐서 존재하는 2개 이상의 에테르 결합을 갖는 화합물, (c) 액체상태의 티타늄 화합물 및 필요에 따라서 (d) 석출화제(여기에서 성분(a), (b), (c) 및 (d)중의 적어도 하나의 성분은 할로겐 함유 화합물을 포함한다)를 서로 접촉시켜 얻은, 티타늄, 마그네슘, 할로겐 및 상기 복수의 원자를 거쳐서 존재하는 2개 이상의 에테르 결합을 갖는 화합물을 함유하는 고체 티타늄 복합체와, (B) 주기율표 제 I∼제III족에서 선택한 금속을 함유하는 유기금속 화합물을 서로 접촉시켜 얻은 고체 티타늄 유기금속 화합물 복합체에 산소를 접촉시켜 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 중합용 고체 티타늄 촉매 성분.
- [I] 제6항의 에틸렌 중합용 고체 티타늄 촉매성분과, [II] 주기율표 제1∼제3족에서 선택한 금속을 함유하는 유기금속 화합물 촉매 성분으로 구성된 것이 특징인 에틸렌 중합용 촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
