Abstract

본 발명은 에틸렌계 중합체(A) 20∼90중량% 및 에틸렌계 중합체(B) 80∼10중량%로 된 에틸렌계 중합체 조성물이다, 상기 에틸렌계 중합체(A)는 에틸렌중합체 또는 에틸렌과 탄소원자수 3-20의 α-올레핀의 공중합체이며, 밀도(dA)가 0.96∼0.98g/㎤ 범위이고, 극한점도(η)가 1.0∼10dl/g 범위이다. 에틸렌 중합체(B)는 에틸렌중합체 또는 에틸렌과 탄소원자수 3∼20의 α-올레핀의 공중합체이며, 밀도(dB)r가 0.91∼0.965g/㎤ 범위이고, 극한점도(η)가 1.0∼10dl/g 범위이다, 상기 에틸렌계 중합체(A)와 에틸렌계 중합체(B)중 적어도 하나가 메탈로센 촉매를 사용하여 제조된 에틸렌계 중합체이다. 상기 에틸렌계 중합체 조성물은 에틸렌계 중합체(A)의 밀도(dA)와 에틸렌계 중합체(B)의 밀도 (dB)비 (dA/dB)가 1이상 이고; 밀도가 0.940∼0.970g/㎤ 범위이고; 멜트플로우레이트(MFR)는 0.005∼20g/10분이고; 멜트플로우레이트(MFR)와 용융장력(MT)이 log(MT)≥-0.4log(MFR)+0.70의 관계식을 만족하고; 직경팽창비가 1.35인 물성을 갖는 것이 특징인 에틸렌계 중합체 조성물이다. 이 조성물은 우수한 기계적강도와 강성을 갖는 성형품을 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. (A) 에텔렌중합체 또는 에틸렌과 탄소원자수 3-20의 α-올레핀의 공중합체이며, 그 물성이 하기와 같은 에틸렌계 중합체 20∼90중량%와, (A-1) 밀도(dA)가 0.96∼0.98g/㎤ 범위이고, (A-2) 극한점도 (η)가 0.5∼3.0dl/g 범위임; (B) 에틸렌중합체 또는 에틸렌과 탄소원자수 3∼20의 α-올레핀의 공중합체이며, 그 물성이 하기와 같은 에틸렌계 중합체 80∼10중량%, (B-1) 밀도(dB)가 0.91∼0.965g/㎤ 범위이고, (B-2) 극한점도 (η)가 1.0∼10dl/g 범위임;로 된 에틸렌계 중합체 조성물이며, 상기 에틸렌계 중합체 (A)와 에틸렌계 중합체 (B)중 적어도 하나가 메탈로센 촉매를 사용하여 제조된 것이며, (1) 에틸렌계 중합체 (A)의 밀도(dA)와 에틸렌계 중합체(B)의 밀도(dB)비(dA/dB)가 1이상 이고; (2) 밀도가 0.940∼0.970g/㎤ 범위이고; (3) 멜트플로우레이트(MFR, 하중 2.16kg하 190℃에서 측정)는 0.005∼20g/10분이고; (4) 멜트플로우레이트(MFR)와 용융장력 (MT)이 다음 관계식을 만족하고;
    log(MT)≥-0.4log(MFR)+0.70
    (5) 직경팽창비가 1.35인 물성을 갖는 것이 특징인 에틸렌계 중합체 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌계 중합체(A) 및/또는 에틸렌계 중합체(B)는 다음식〔Ⅰ〕으로 표시되는 천이 금속화합물과;
    (식 중 M은 주기율표 제4족 내지 제6족의 천이금속원자이다. R1, R2, R3, R4은 서로 동일 또는 다른기 일수 있고, 이들은 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1∼20의 탄화수소기, 탄소원자수 1∼20의 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 실리콘 함유기, 산소함유기, 황함유기, 질소함유기 또는 인함유기 또는 R1∼R4의 인접하는 기의 일부가 서로 결합하여 이들이 결합된 탄소원자와 함께 적어도 하나의 환을 형성하고, X1과 X2는 서로 동일 또는 다른기 일수 있고, 이들은 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1∼20의 탄화수소기, 탄소원자수 1∼20의 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 산소함유기, 황함유기, 질소함유기이고, Y는 2가 탄화수소기, 2가 실리콘함유기, 또는 2가 게르마늄함유기이다) 〔Ⅱ〕 상기 천이금속화합물〔Ⅰ〕을 활성화시킬 수 있는 하기에서 선택한 적어도 1종의 화합물과; (Ⅱ-1) 유기알루미늄 화합물, (Ⅱ-2) 알루미녹산 및 (Ⅱ-3) 천이금속화합물〔Ⅰ〕과 반응하여 이온쌍을 형성하는 화합물; 및 〔Ⅱ〕미립자상 담체로된 담체지지 메탈로센 촉매를 사용하여 제조된 것이 특징인 에틸렌계 중합체 조성물.
