Claims (15)
- (A-1) 하기 식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 제ⅣB족 천이금속 화합물, (B) (B-1) 유기 알루미늄 옥시화합물, 및/또는 (B-2) 천이금속화합물(A-1)과 반응하여 이온쌍을 형성하는 화합물, 필요에 따라서 (C) 유기알루미늄 화합물로 구성된 올레핀중합촉매식 중 M은 주기율표 제ⅣB족의 천이금속원자이며, R1들은 서로 동일하거나 다르며 그 중의 적어도 1개는 탄소원자수 11~20의 아릴기, 탄소원자수 12~40의 아릴알킬기, 탄소원자수 13~40의 아릴알케닐기 또는 탄소원자수 12~40의 알킬아릴기이거나, 또는 R1으로 표시되는 기들 중의 적어도 2개의 인접한 기는 적어도 상기 2개의 기가 결합된 탄소원자와 함께 방향족환 또는 지방족환을 형성할 수 있고(이 경우에는 R1으로 형성된 환의 전체 탄소원자수는 4~20임), 나머지 R1수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 탄소원자수 1~10의 알킬기이며, R2은 서로 동일하거나 다르며, 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1~10의 알킬기, 탄소원자수 6~20의 아릴기, 탄소원자수 2~10의 알케닐기, 탄소원자수 7~40의 아릴알킬기, 탄소원자수 8~40의 아릴알케닐기, 탄소원자수 7~40의 알킬아릴기, 규소함유기, 산소함유기, 황함유기, 질소함유기 또는 인함유기이며 R2로 표시되는 기들 중의 적어도 2개의 인접한 기는 적어도 상기 2개의 기가 결합된 탄소원자와 함께 방향족환 또는 지방족환을 형성할 수 있으며(이 경우에는 R2로 형성된 환의 전체 탄소원자수는 R2가 결합된 탄소원자를 포함하여 4~20이고 나머지 R2는 수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 탄소원자수 1~10의 알킬기임), R1및 R2는 서로 동일하거나 다르며, R3및 R4는 서로 동일하거나 다르며, 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1~10의 알킬기, 탄소원자수 6~20의 아릴기, 탄소원자수 2~10의 알닐케닐기, 탄소원자수 7~40의 아릴알킬기, 탄소원자수 8~40의 아릴알케닐기, 탄소원자수 7~40의 알킬아릴기, 규소함유기, 산소함유기, 황함유기, 질소함유기 또는 인함유기이며, X1및 X2는 서로 동일하거나 다르며, 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1~20의 탄화수소기, 탄소원자수 1~20의 할로겐와 탄화수소기, 산소함유기, 황함유기, 질소함유기 또는 X1과 X2가 결합하여 안정한 공액디엔을 형성할 수 있고, (탄소원자수 1~20의 탄화수소기, 탄소원자수 1~20의 할겐화 탄화수소기, 규소함유기) Y는 탄소원자수 1~20의 2가 탄화수소기, 탄소원자수 1~20의 2가 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 2가 규소함유기, 2가 게르마늄함유기, 2가 주석함유기, -O-, -CO-, -S-, -SO2-, NR5-, -P(R5)-, -P(O)(R5)-, -BR5- 또는 -AIR5-(-R5는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1~20의 탄화수소기 또는 탄소원자수 1~20의 할로겐화 탄화수소기임)이다.
- 미립자 담체, (A-1) 제1항의 천이금속화합물, (B) (B-1) 유기알루미늄 옥시화합물, 및/또는 (B-2) 천이금속화합물(A-1)과 반응하여 이온쌍을 형성하는 화합물, 및 필요에 따라서 (C) 유기알루미늄화합물로 구성된 올레핀중합촉매.
- 미립자 담체, (A-1) 제1항의 천이금속화합물, (B) (B-1) 유기알루미늄 옥시화합물, 및/또는 (B-2) 천이금속화합물(A-1)과 반응하여 이온쌍을 형성하는 화합물 (상기 화합물(A-1)과 (B)는 미립자 담체에 담지되어 있음) 및 필요에 따라서 (C) 유기알루미늄화합물로 구성된 고체촉매성분에 올레핀을 예비중합하여 형성된 올레핀중합촉매.
- 청구 제1항~제3항 중의 어느 1항의 올레핀중합촉매의 존재하에서 올레핀을 단독중합하거나, 2종 이상의 올레핀을 공중합하는 올레핀중합체의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단독중합하는 올레핀은 에틸렌이고, 2종 이상의 올레핀은 에틸렌과 탄소원자수 3~20의 α-올레핀인 올레핀중합체의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단독중합하는 올레핀은 프로필렌이고, 2종 이상의 올레핀은 프로필렌과 프로필의 α-올레핀인 올레핀 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제4항의 올레핀 중합체 제조방법에 의해 제조된 올레핀 중합체.
- 제5항의 올레핀 중합체 제조방법에 의해 제조된 에티렌 중합체.
- 제6항의 올레핀 중합체 제조방법에 의해 제조된 프로필렌 중합체.
- (A-2) 하기 식(Ⅱ)으로 표시되는 제ⅣB족 천이금속 화합물, (B) (B-1) 유기알루미늄 옥시화합물, 및/또는 (B-2) 천이금속화합물(A-1)과 반응하여 이온쌍을 형성하는 화합물, 및 필요에 따라서 (C) 유기알루미늄화합물로 구성된 촉매의 존재하에 올레핀을 단독 중합하거나 2종 이상의 올레핀을 공중합하는 올레핀 중합체 제조방법.식 중 M은 주기율표 제ⅣB족의 천이금속원자이며, R6들은 서로 동일하거나 다르며, 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1~10의 알킬기, 탄소원자수 6~20의 아릴기, 탄소원자수 2~10의 알케닐기, 규소함유기, 산소함유기, 황함유기, 질소함유기 또는 인함유기이며, R7은 서로 동일하거나 다르며, 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1~10의 알킬기, 탄소원자수 6~20의 아릴기, 탄소원자수 2~10의 알케닐기, 탄소원자수 7~40의 아릴알킬기, 탄소원자수 8~40의 아릴알케닐기, 탄소원자수 7~40의 알킬아릴기, 규소함유기, 산소함유기, 황함유기, 질소함유기 또는 인함유기이며, R6및 R7는 서로 동일하거나 다르며, R8및 R9중의 1개는 탄소수 1~5의 알킬기이고, 나머지 1개는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1~10의 알킬기, 탄소원자수 2~10의 알케닐기, 규소함유기, 산소함유기, 황함유기, 질소함유기 또는 인함유기이며, X1및 X2는 서로 동일하거나 다르며, 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1~20의 탄화수소기, 탄소원자수 1~20의 할로겐와 탄화수소기, 산소함유기, 황함유기, 질소함유기 또는 X1과 X2가 결합하여 안정한 공액디엔을 형성할 수 있고(탄소원자수 1~20의 탄화수소기, 탄소원자수 1~20의 할겐화 탄화수소기, 규소함유기) Y는 탄소원자수 1~20의 2가 탄화수소기, 탄소원자수 1~20의 2가 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 2가 규소함유기, 2가 게르마늄함유기, 2가 주석함유기, -O-, -CO-, -S-, -SO2-, NR5-, -P(R5)-, -P(O)(R5)-, -BR5- 또는 -AIR5-(-R5는 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1~20의 탄화수소기 또는 탄소원자수 1~20의 할로겐화 탄화수소기임)이다.
- 제10항에 있어서, 단독중합하는 올레핀은 에틸렌이고, 2종 이상의 올레핀은 에틸렌과 탄소원자수 3~20의 α-올레핀인 올레핀중합체의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 단독중합하는 올레핀은 프로필렌이고, 2종 이상의 올레핀은 프로필렌과 프로필렌의 α-올레핀인 올레핀 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제10항의 올레핀 중합체 제조방법에 의해 제조된 올레핀 중합체.
- 제11항의 올레핀 중합체 제조방법에 의해 제조된 에틸렌 중합체.
- 제12항의 올레핀 중합체 제조방법에 의해 제조된 프로필렌 중합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
