- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 알루미늄-함유 화합물이 알루미늄 다핵 착화합물인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 알루미늄 다핵 착화합물이 염기성 염화알루미늄인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 알루미늄 다핵 착화합물이 염기성 알루미늄 락테이트인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄 알콕사이드가 테트라알킬암모늄 하이드록사이드, 트리에탄올아민 또는 디에탄올아민과의 혼합물로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 탄소-함유 화합물이 당류인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 당류가 글루코오즈인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 질소-함유 화합물이 수용성 질소-함유 및 탄소-함유 화합물인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 수용성 질소-함유 및 탄소-함유 화합물이 우레아인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하소 공정이 1200 대지 1800℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 질소-함유 비-산화성 대기가 질소 또는 암모니아의 대기인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 칼슘염, 이트륨염 및 란타나이드 염으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나의 첨가제가 하소 공정 이전의 어느 한 단계에 가해지는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 첨가제가, 제조된 질화알루미늄 중량을 기준으로 하여 그의 산화물로서 계산된, 0.3 대지 7.0중량%의 양으로 가해지는 방법.
