Claims (10)
- 적어도 하나의 폴리에스테르 기재 필름의 표면상에 적어도 하나의 방향족 디카르복실산 및 적어도 하나의 지방족 디올로 부터 유도된 물-분산성 폴리에스테르의 유효량의 존재하에 적어도 하나의 아크릴계 종류의 단량체를 수성 라디칼 중합 반응함으로써 생성되고 하기 일반식(I)의 술포닐옥시기를 다수 함유하는 변경된 중합체층이 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 적어도 하나의 그들의 표면상에 접착성 정착 피막을 포함하는 연신된 선형 중합체의 제조방법.(-SO3-)nM (1)상기식에서 M은 수소원자, 알칼리 또는 알칼리 토금속, 암모늄기 또는 4차 암모늄기를 의미하고, n은 1 또는 2와 같다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 사용된 분산성 폴리에스테르가 그중의 하나는 적어도 하나의 술포닐옥시기를 분자내에 함유하는 적어도 2개의 디키르복실산에서 유도된 다수의 반복단위 및 적어도 하나의 지방족 디올에서 유도된 다수의 반복단위를 함유하는 코폴리에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 연신된 선형 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 술포닐옥시기를 함유하는 디카르복실산에서 유도된 반복 단위의 수가 디카르복실산에서 유도된 총 100개의 반복 단위에 대하여 5 내지 30개임을 특징으로 하는 연신된 선형 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아크릴계 종류의 단량체가 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)에 대응함을 특징으로 하는 연신된 선형 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.상기식에서, R은 수소원자, 또는 히드록실기로 임의 치환된 저급알킬기를 의미하고 ; Y는 히드록시카르보닐기, R1이 1 내지 20개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬라디칼(히드록실기로 임의 치환됨)인 일반식 -COOR1인 알콕시카르보닐기, 니트릴, 일반식 -CON(R2,R3)(여기서, R2및 R3는 동일하거나 다르며, 수소 원자이거나 또는 1 내지 20개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기를 의미하고, 더 나아가서 라디칼 R2및 R3중의 하나에 대하여 알킬 부위가 R2및 R3의 정의를 가지는 히드록시 알킬기를 의미하는 것이 가능함)의 아미드인 관능기를 의미한다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 아크릴계 단량체가 메틸 아크릴레이트 및 메타크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트 및 메타크릴레이트, 아크릴산 및 메타크릴산, 아크릴아미드 및 메타크릴아미드, 그리고 N-메틸올아크릴아미드 및 -메타크릴아미드로 구성된 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 연신된 선형 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 물-분산성 폴리에스테르가 분산성 폴리에스테르의 존재하에 적어도 하나의 아크릴계 단량체를 라디칼 중합 반응함으로써 수득된 적어도 5중량%의 변경된 폴리에스테르를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 연신된 선형 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 변경된 분산성 폴리에스테르/아크릴계 단량체 중합체가 수성 분산액의 형태로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 연신된 선형 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 필름이 5 내지 300마이크로미터의 두께를 가진 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름임을 특징으로 하는 연신된 선형 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 의한 변경된 분산성 폴리에스테르/아크릴계 단량체 중합체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 접착성 정착 및 최종 사용 피막을 적어도 하나의 그의 표면상에 포함하는 폴리에스테르 기재 필름으로 구성된 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 최종 피막이 폴리에틸렌 필름, 인쇄잉크, 금속층, 폴리비닐 알코올 기재 피막, 아크릴 중합체 기재 피막 또는 셀룰로오스 기재 피막임을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
