Abstract

본 발명은, 응답성이 양호하고 조작력도 가벼우며, 또 브레이크나 클러치의 마모에 대해서도 항상 조작레버의 조작량이 일정한 파일럿압에 의한 조향제어시스템이다. 그러기위하여 좌우조향시의 조작레버(1)를 파일럿압 제어밸브(2)에 직접 연결하고, 파일럿압 제어밸브(2)를 클러치(3)를 ON,OFF로 하는 클러치피스톤(4)과 브레이크(5)를 ON,OFF로 하는 브레이크실린더(6)에 각각 배관(10,17)으로 연결하고 있다. 조작레버(1)를, 좌우의 어느 한쪽으로 조작하면 조작된 측의 파일럿압 제어밸브(2)가 작동하여서 클러치(3)가 OFF로 되고 이어서 브레이크(5)가 ON으로 된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관계되는 파일럿압에 의한 조향제어 시스템의 설명도, 제2도는 제1도의 조작레버의 조작 패턴을 표시하는 설명도.

Claims (2)

  1. 차량주행용 1개의 조작레버에 의한 전후조작으로 전후진을 하고, 좌우조작으로 좌우조향을 할 수 있도록 한 제어시스템에 있어서, 좌우 조향시의 조작레버를 파일럿압 제어밸브에 직접 연결하고, 그 파일럿압 제브를 클러치를 ON,OFF하는 클러치피스톤과, 브레이크를 ON, OFF하는 브레이크 실린더에 각각 배관으로 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 파일럿압에 의한 조향제어 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 파일럿압 제어밸브는 좌측에 클러치 계통의 포지션과 브레이크계통의 포지션을, 그리고 우측에도 클러치계통의 포지션과 브레이크계통의 포지션을 보유하고, 좌측과 우측의 각 클러치계통의 포지션 및 좌측과 우측의 각 브레이크계통의 포지션을 서로교차하여 배치하는 동시에, 그들 4개의 포지션이 회로적으로는 독립되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파일럿압에 의한 조향제어시스템.
