Abstract
전환밸브는 부하변속기 특히 트랙터의 변속기 주행방향전환을 위하여 감안된 것으로서 이때 하나의 벨브하우싱(1)에 배치되어 있는 밸브스풀(20)은 전진-, 후진- 또는 중립위치로 조정이 가능하다. 밸브스풀(20)은 전기-유압식 장치에 의하여 조정이 가능하다. 밸브하우싱(1) 내에는 센터피스톤(21, 22 또는 210, 220)이 들어 있는데 정상 운전시에는 잡아당겨진 또는 비작동위치에 있는 한편 비상시에는 유압 또는 공압에 의하여 밸브스풀(20)의 정상제어를 피하여 이를 조작함으로 활성화가 가능하다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 한가지 유형예의 회로 약도이며,
제2도는 제1 유형예에 대한 제3도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선에 따른 단면에서 발명에 따른 전환밸브의 구조형태도이며,
제3도는 제2도의 선Ⅲ-Ⅲ에 의한 전환밸브 통과 단면도이며,
제4도는 제2 유형예의 제5도에서 선 Ⅳ-Ⅳ에 따르는 단면에서 발명한 의한 전환밸브의 구조형태도이며,
제5도는 제2 유형예의 제4도에서 선Ⅴ-Ⅴ에 의한 전환밸브 통과 단면도이다.
Claims (11)
- 부하변속기 특히 트랙터변속기의 주행방향 전환을 위한 전환밸브에 있어서, 하나의 밸브하우싱에 배열된 밸브스풀은 전진-, 후진- 또는 중립위치로 조정이 가능한 바 밸브스풀(20)은 전기-유압장치(16, 18)에 의하여 조절이 가능하며 밸브하우싱(1) 내에는 센터피스톤(21, 22 또는 210, 220)이 있어 정상운전시엔 잡아당겨진 또는 비활성화된 위치에 있으며 한편 비상시에는 밸브스풀(20)의 정상조정을 피하여 이들을 조작하도록 유압이나 공압으로 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기-유압장치는 자기밸브(16, 18)가 있어 압력도관(17, 19)과 연결이 되어 있으며 밸브스풀(20)의 작동을 위하여 감안되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 센터피스톤(210, 220)은 각각 밸브스풀(20)의 한 저면에 배열되어 있으며 이때 센터피스톤(210, 220)은 초기응력이 가해진 센타스프링(39, 40)에 의하여 밸브스풀(20)을 중간위치(N)로 누르며 이때 센터스프링(39, 40)에 가해진 초기 응력은 밸브스풀(20)의 록킹을 극복할 수 있을 정도의 크기로 선택이 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 센터피스톤(21, 22또는 210, 220)의 가이드에지들은 작동위치 쪽에는 시스템 압력의 기밀이 유지되며 또한측에서 조인트(35)와 (36)내 압력이 떨어질 경우 이러한 조인트의 배출도관(34)에의 결합이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 배출도관(34)에는 하나의 교축부가 감안되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 센터피스톤(21, 22 또는 210, 220)의 작동의 위하여 차량엔진에 의하여 구동되는 한 대의 펌프가 감안되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나의 외부 절환밸브(A4)가 감안이 되고 이에 의하여 센터피스톤(21, 22 또는 210, 220)의 외측 또는 스프링측이 압력을 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나의 외부 절환밸브(A4)가 감안이 되고 의하여 센터피스톤(21, 22 또는 210, 220)의 외부측 또는 스프링측이 압력을 받으며 다른 센터피스톤(21, 22 또는 210, 220)은 배출이 될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브.
- 제8항에 있어서, 절환밸브(44)가 4/3-절환밸브로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외부 중립밸브(45)는 전환밸브(2)에 이르는 압력유입도관(46)의 하나에 감안이 되고 이에의하여 센터피스톤(21, 22 또는 210, 220)의 내측에 작용하는 오일 압력이 차단 가능한것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브.
- 제5항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외부 중립밸브(45) 및/또는 절환밸브(44)는 수동이나 또는 전기적으로 조작이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 전환밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
