제1도 내지 제4도는 각각 이 발명에 의한 가변용량펌프 제어장치의 4개의 실시예의 시스템 설명도.
Claims (5)
- 가변용량 유압펌프를 구비한 유압 구동차에 대해서, 가변용량 유압펌프의 용량을 제어하는 펌프용량 제어실린더(c)의 파이럿 유압회로에, 주유압회로의 유압에 따라서 펌프용량제어실린더(c)의 동작속도를 변화시키도록 작동하는 가변 스로틀장치를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량 유압펌프 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가변 스로틀 장치가 일방향 스로틀 밸브(11)와; 구동주회로의 유압에 따라서 작동하도록 일방향 스로틀 밸브(21)에 병렬로 설치한 파이럿 조작 변환밸브와; 로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량 펌프제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가변 스로틀장치가 일방향 스로틀 밸브(21)와; 구동주회로의 유압이 높을 때에 제어실린더로부터의 되돌아오는 오일을 개방하도록 작동하게 스로틀 밸브에 병렬로 설치한 파이럿 조작 역지밸브(24)와; 로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 용량 펌프 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가변 서로틀장치가 일방향 스로틀 밸브와; 구동 주회로의 유압이 높을 때에 제어 실린더로부터의 되돌아오는 오일을 개방하도록 작동하는 파이럿 조작 피스톤을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 용량 펌프 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가변 스로틀장치가 펌프용량제어 실린더의 파이럿 유압회로에 제어실린더의 되돌아오는 유로(油路)방향으로 설치한 역지 밸브와; 구동주회로의 유압에 따라 작동하도록 상기 역지 밸브와 병렬로 설치한 파이럿 조작 가변 스로틀 밸브와; 로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 용량 펌프의 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
