Claims (8)
- 자동차(1)의 피칭각 및 롤링각중 최소한 하나를 검출하는 수단(2,3)과, 각 차륜마다 배치되어 각 차륜과 차체간의 거리의 상대 변위량을 검출하는 수단(4)과, 검출된 상기 피칭각과 상기 롤링각과 상기 거리의 변위량에 의하여 피칭 및 롤링의 원인을 미리 분류한 원인군중에서 판별하는 수단(5, 101,102,200-207)과, 판별된 상기 원인과 상기 거리의 변위량에 의하여 각 차륜과 차체간의 거리의 목표치(Di)를 결정하는 수단(5,103)과, 각 차륜과 차체간의 거리를 상기 목표치가 되도록 조정하는 수단(5,104,300-306,6)으로 이루어지는 각 차륜에 배치된 스프링(22)과 댐퍼(25)와의 조합을 가진 자동차용 서스펜션 제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 판별하는 수단은 상기 검출수단(2,3,4)으로부터의 피칭각과 롤링각과 상기 거리의 변위량을 독해하는 수단(101)과, 상기 독해된 피칭각과 거리의 변위량이 피칭각과 거리의 변화량의 값을 2원 파라미터로 하는 좌표의 어느 영역인가를 결정하는 수단(102)과, 상기 독해된 롤링각과 거리의 변위량이 롤링각과 거리의 변화량의 값을 2원 파라미터로 하는 좌표의 어느 영역인가를 결정하는 수단(102)과, 상기 양 영역을 결정하는 수단으로 결정된 영역에 의하여 그 영역에 대응하는 원인을 미리 분류한 원인군중에서 판별하는 수단(200-207)을 가진 자동차용 서스펜션 제어장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 목표치를 결정하는 수단(103)은 상기 판별된 원인에 따라서 상이한 상기 목표치를 연산하는 수단을 가진 자동차용 서스펜션 제어장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 각 영역을 결정하는 수단(102)은 각기 영역Ⅰ, 영역 Ⅱ 및 그 이외의 영역 Ⅲ으로 상기 좌표를 분할하는 수단을 가지며, 상기 판별하는 수단은 상기 영역 Ⅰ을 자동차의 동작변화를 원인으로 하는 영역에 대응시키고, 상기 영역 Ⅱ를 노면의 높이의 변화를 원인으로 하는 영역에 대응시키도록 분류하는 수단을 가지며, 상기 목표치를 조정하는 수단(103)은 상기 영역 Ⅰ 또는 Ⅱ이라고 결정된 경우에 상기 영역 Ⅰ 및 Ⅱ를 위한 각기 상이한 목표치 결정식에 의해 목표치를 연산하는 자동차용 서스펜션 제어장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 거리를 목표치로 조정하는 수단(5,104,300-306,6)은 에어콤프레서(34)와, 이 에어콤프레서로부터 압축공기의 흐름을 제어하는 밸브(29,30)와, 각 차륜과 차체와의 사이에 배치되어 공기의 출입에 의해 그 차체의 높이를 변화시켜 차륜과 차체간의 거리를 변경하는 액튜에이터(6)를 포함하며, 상기 목표치를 결정하는 수단(103)으로부터의 목표치(Di,Vi)에 따라서 상기 밸브(29,30)의 개폐가 제어되는 자동차용 서스펜션 제어장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 각 차륜과 차체간과 차체간의 거리의 상대변화를 검출하는 수단은 상기 댐퍼의 스트로크방향의 변위량을 검출하는 센서인 자동차용 서스펜션 제어장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 피칭각 및 상기 롤링각을 검출하는 수단은 각기 자이로자세센서인 자동차용 서스펜션 제어장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 피칭각 및 상기 롤링각을 검출하는 수단은 각기 가속도센서와, 이 가속도센서의 출력으로부터 자동차의 자세변위방향을 연산하는 수단을 포함하는 자동차용 서스펜션 제어장치.
