Claims (7)
- 차량의 차고를 측정하는 복수의 차고센서;상기 차량의 차고 조절을 위해 구동되는 차고조절 액츄에이터;상기 차고조절 액츄에이터에 의해 제어되는 에어스프링;상기 차고센서로부터 수신된 차고신호에 따라 좌우 차고 차이값을 계산하고 계산된 좌우 차고 차이값과 미리 설정된 기준값의 비교를 통해 상기 차고조절 액츄에이터의 구동 또는 중지를 결정하는 ECU; 및상기 좌우 차고 차이값이 상기 미리 설정된 기준값을 초과한 조건인 차량 선회 이후 직진 주행부터 시간을 카운트하는 카운터를 포함하며,상기 ECU는 상기 카운터에 의해 일정시간이 경과되면 차고 제어를 조절하기 위한 제어신호에 따라 상기 차고조절 액츄에이터를 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 제어 현가 장치.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,적어도 하나의 차고 조절용 기준치를 선택하기 위한 스위치를 더 포함하며,상기 ECU는직진 주행시 상기 스위치에 의해 선택된 차고 조절용 기준치를 기초로 차고 제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 제어 현가 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 ECU는상기 차고 센서로부터 차고신호를 수신하는 수신부;상기 수신된 차고신호에 따라 좌우 차고 차이값을 계산하는 계산부;상기 계산된 좌우 차고 차이값과 미리 설정된 기준값을 비교하여 차고 제어의 중지 또는 수행 여부를 판단하는 비교 판단부; 및상기 비교 판단부의 판단결과에 따라 차고 제어를 일시적으로 중지하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하여 상기 차고조절 액츄에이터의 구동을 중지시키거나 차고 제어를 수행하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하여 상기 차고조절 액츄에이터를 구동시키는 차고 조절부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 제어 현가 장치.
- 차량의 차고를 측정하는 복수의 차고센서와, 상기 차량의 차고 조절을 위해 구동되는 차고조절 액츄에이터와, 상기 차고조절 액츄에이터에 의해 제어되는 에어스프링을 포함하는 전자 제어 현가 장치의 차고 제어 방법으로,상기 차고센서로부터 차고 신호를 수신하는 단계;상기 수신된 차고 신호에 따라 좌우 차고 차이값을 계산하는 단계;상기 계산된 좌우 차고 차이값과 미리 설정된 기준값의 비교를 통해 상기 차고조절 액츄에이터의 구동 또는 중지를 결정하는 단계;상기 좌우 차고 차이값이 상기 미리 설정된 기준값을 초과한 조건인 차량 선회 이후 직진 주행부터 시간을 카운트하는 단계; 및상기 카운트된 시간이 일정시간을 경과하면 차고제어를 조절하기 위한 제어 신호에 따라 상기 차고조절 액츄에이터를 구동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 제어 현가 장치의 차고 제어 방법.

- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 결정 단계는상기 계산된 차고 차이값과 미리 설정된 기준값을 비교하여 차고 제어를 중지 또는 수행할지 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및상기 판단결과에 따라 차고 제어를 일시적으로 중지하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하여 상기 차고조절 액츄에이터의 구동을 중지시키거나 차고 제어를 수행하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하여 상기 차고조절 액츄에이터를 구동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 제어 현가 장치의 차고 제어 방법.
