Claims (6)
- 차체프레임(12)과 차축지지체(20) 사이에 설치된 공기스프링(1)과, 이 공기스프링(1)에 공기유동관로(3)를 매개로 연결되어 고압의 압축공기를 공급하는 서어지탱크(2) 및, 상기 공기스프링(1)으로 공급되는 압축공기의 양을 조절하여 차고의 적정 수준으로 조절하도록 하는 자동차의 공기현가장치에 있어서,상기 공기스프링(1)에는 차고에 따라 압축공기의 주입 및 배출을 제어하여 적정 수준의 차고를 유지시키기 위해 서어지탱크(2)와 연통되는 주입구(38a)와 외부와 연통되는 배기구(38b)를 갖춘 하우징(38)과, 이 하우징(38)내에 상기 주입구(38a)로부터 상기 벨로우즈(34)가 형성하는 폐공간 사이를 교통시키는 제1연통관로(40), 이 제1연통관로(40)의 하부와 상기 배기구(38b) 사이를 교통시키는 제2연통관로(42) 및, 이 제2연통관로(42)로부터 분지되어 상기 벨로우즈(34)가 형성하는 폐공간 사이를 교통시키는 제3연통관로(44)를 갖춘 레벨링 조절부재(36)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 공기현가장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제2연통관로(42)에는 상기 피스톤(32)의 저면부에 하단부가 회동가능하게 지지됨과 더불어 상단부가 제2연통관로(42)의 내부로 끼워져, 상기 제1연통관로(40)와 제3연통관로(44) 사이는 물론, 상기 공기스프링(1)내의 폐공간과 외부와의 사이의 교통을 선택적으로 차단시키는 차단부재(46)를 갖춘 연결로드(48)가 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 공기현가장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 차단부재(46)는 연결로드(48)의 상단에 상하로 이격되어 제2연통관로(42)의 내주면에 기밀성있게 밀착되는 상측 씰링재(46a)와 하측 씰링재(46b)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 공기현가장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 상측 씰링재(46a)와 하측 씰링재(46b)는 상기 공기스프링(1)이 정상상태인 경우에 이들 사이에 상기 제2연통관로(42)와 제3연통관로(44) 사이의 연통부위가 위치되도록 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 공기현가장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제2연통관로(42)의 하측 내주면에는 상기 연결로드(48)의 외주면과 기밀이 있게 밀착되어 제2연통관로(42)와 연결로드(48) 사이의 틈새를 차단시키는 씰링부재(50)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 공기현가장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 연결로드(48)는 이의 중앙부위에 힌지부(48a)를 매개로 소정의 각도로 절곡가능하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 공기현가장치.
