Claims (9)
- (A) 에틸렌과 펜텐-1의 공중합에 의해 얻어지며, 하기 요건(a)∼(d); (a)ASTM D 1238E에 의하여 측정한 공중합체의 용융유속이 0.01∼100g/10분이고; (b)ASTM D 1505에 의하여 측정한 밀도가 0.87∼0.96g/㎠의 범위이고; (c)펜텐-1으로부터 유도된 구성단위 함량이 1∼25중량%이고; (d)공중합체를 주형 성형하여 얻어진 40㎛두께의 필름에서 필름 박리방향에서 필름의 인열강도에 대한 필름 충격강도의 비(RS)가 하기식;RS≥-20ℓ og MFR-1000d+968(식에서, MFR 은 공중합체의 용융유속을 나타내며 d는 공중합체의 밀도를 나타냄)을 만족하는 에틸렌/펜텐-1 공중합체와, (B)고압 폴리에틸렌을 99:1∼60:40 (A:B)의 중량비로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌/펜텐-1 공중합체 조성물.
- (A)에틸렌과 펜텐-1의 공중합에 의해 얻어지며,하기 요건(a)∼(d); (a)ASTM D 1238E에 의하여 측정한 공중합체의 용융유속이 0.01∼100g/10분이고; (b)ASTM D 1505에 의하여 측정한 밀도가 0.87∼0.96g/㎠의 범위이고; (c)펜텐-1으로부터 유도된 구성단위 함량이 1∼25중량%이고; (d)공중합체를 주형 성형하여 얻어진 40㎛두께의 필름에서 필름 박리방향에서 필름의 인열강도에 대한 필름 충격강도의 비(RS)가 하기식;RS≥-20ℓ og MFR-1000d+968(식에서, MFR 은 공중합체의 용융유속을 나타내며 d는 공중합체의 밀도를 나타냄)을 만족하는 에틸렌/펜텐-1 공중합체와, (C)밀도가 0.935보다큰 폴리에틸렌을 99:1∼60:40 (A:C)의 중량비로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌/펜텐-1 공중합체 조성물.
- (A) 에틸렌과 펜텐-1의 공중합에 의해 얻어지며, 하기 요건(a)∼(d); (a)ASTM D 1238E에 의하여 측정한 공중합체의 용융유속이 0.01∼100g/10분이고; (b)ASTM D 1505에 의하여 측정한 밀도가 0.87∼0.96g/㎠의 범위이고; (c)펜텐-1으로부터 유도된 구성단위 함량이 1∼25중량%이고; (d)공중합체를 주형 성형하여 얻어진 40㎛두께의 필름에서 필름 박리방향에서 필름의 인열강도에 대한 필름 충격강도의 비(RS)가 하기식;RS≥-20ℓ og MFR-1000d+968(식에서, MFR 은 공중합체의 용융유속을 나타내며 d는 공중합체의 밀도를 나타냄)을 만족하는 에틸렌/펜텐-1 공중합체와, (D)상이한α-올레핀으로부터 유래한 2종 이상의 구성단위를 함유하는, 에틸렌/펜텐-1 공중합체 이외의 저결정성 또는 비정성 α-올레핀 렌덤 공중합체를 99:1∼60:40 (A:C)의 중량비로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌/펜텐-1 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1∼3항중 임의의 1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌/펜텐-1 공중합체(A)가, [A] (ⅰ)비환원성 액상마그네슘화합물과, (ⅱ) 액상티탄 화합물을, (ⅲ) 활성수소 비함유 전자공여체 존재하에서, 그대로 서로 접촉시키거나, 또는 상기 (ⅰ)과 (ⅱ)를 그대로 서로 접촉시키고 그 다음 상기 (ⅲ)을 접촉시킴으로써 얻어진 마그네슘, 티탄, 할로겐 및 전자공여체를 필수성분으로 하는 고체 티탄 촉매성분과, [B] 주기표 Ⅰ-Ⅲ족에 속하는 금속의 유기금속 화합물 촉매성분을 함유한 올레핀 중합용 촉매존재하에서, 에틸렌과 펜텐-1을 공중합시켜 제조된 것이 특징인 에틸렌//펜텐-1 공중합체조성물.
- 제1항∼3항중 임의의 1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌/펜텐-1 공중합체(A)가, 하기(A1) 또는 (A2)(A1) 마그네슘 화하물 및 전자 공여체를 포함하는 혼합물로 형성된 액상상태의 마그네슘 화합물또는 마그네슘 화합물의 탄화수소 용매 용액으로 형성된 액상상태의 마그네슘 화합물로부터 얻어지는 R1O기 및 R21(R2, R2는 각각 탄화수소기)를 갖는 고체상 마그네슘 알루미늄 복합체, 또는 (A2)마그네슘 화합물 및 전자공여체를 포함하는 혼합물로 형성된 액상상태의 마그네슘 화합물 또는 마그네슘 화합물의 탄화수소 용매 용액으로 형성된 액상상태의 마그네슘 화합물로부터 얻어진 R1O 기 또는 R1OH 기를 함유하는 고체 마그네슘 화합물(B) 또는 상기 (A1)과, 주기율표 제1족∼제3족 금속의 유기금속 화합물(C)를 반응시킴으로써 얻어진 R2O 및 R3기 (R3은 탄화수소기)를 함유하는 고체상 마그네슘 알루미늄 복합체중에서, 선택한 탄화수소 불용성의 고체상 마그네슘 알루미늄 복합체와, 4가의 티탄 화합물을 반응시킴으로써 얻어진 적어도, 저원자가 상태의 티탄원자를 10%이상의 비율로 함유하고 또한 OR기를 OR/Mg(중량비)로 1∼15가 함유된 올레핀 중합용 고체티탄 촉매성분[A]과, 유기알미늄 화합물 촉매성분[B]를 함유하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매존재하에서, 에틸렌과 펜텐-1을 공중합시켜 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌/펜텐-1 공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항∼3항중 임의의 1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌/펜텐-1 공중합체(A)가 [A]할로겐 함유 마그네슘 화합물, 올레일 알콜 및 티탄 화합물을 함유한 액상 티탄 화합물과, [B]할로겐 함유 유기알미늄 화합물을 함유하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매 존재하에서, 에틸렌과 펜텐-1을 공중합시켜 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌/펜텐-1공중합체 조성물.
- 제1항∼제3항 중 임의의 1항 기재의 조성물로 구성된 필름.
- 제7항에 있어서, 필름 두께가 10㎛∼30mm인 것이 특징인 필름.
- 제7항에 있어서, 포장재료로 사용되는 것이 특징인 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
