Claims (10)
- 공기 또는 송기관 가스등의 기체를 덕트내로 보내고, 공기 또는 송기관 가스등의 기체를 이온화하며, 공기 또는 송기관 가스등에 존재하는 하전불순입자(7, 14, 15, 28, 29, 35, 36)를 하전상태의 차이에 따라 하나 또는 다수의 콜렉터 표면(2, 8, 9, 20, 30, 37)으로 끌어들여 입자가 상기 표면에 정착되도록하고, 공기 또는 송기관 가스등의 기체를 콜렉터 표면으로 향하는 하나 또는 다수의 이온화 전극 (5, 10, 11, 21, 24, 25, 31, 32, 38)으로 이온화하는 공기 또는 송기관 가스등의 기체정화방법에 있어서, 콜렉터 표면의 하전상태와 하전불순입자간의 차이뿐만아니라 이온화 전극등과 콜렉터 표면간의 거리를 조정하여 불순입자를 콜렉터 표면쪽으로 곧바로 향하는 이온빔으로 이송하고 콜렉터 표면상에 정착시킴을 특징으로 하는 공기 또는 송기관 가스등의 정체정화방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 덕트의 벽이 콜렉터 표면으로서 작용함을 특징으로 하는 공기 또는 송기관 가스등의 기체정화방법.
- 공기 또는 송기관 가스등의 기체를 정화하기 위해 제 1항의 방법을 실현하는 장치로서, 공기 또는 송기관가스등이 유입되고 공기 또는 송기관 가스등으로부터 하전상태의 차이에 의해 하전불순입자(7, 14, 15, 28, 29, 35, 36)를 끌어들이는 하나 또는 다수의 콜렉터 표면(2, 8, 9, 20, 23, 30, 37)이 제공되어 입자가 상기 표면상에 정착되는 덕트와, 공기 또는 송기관 가스등을 이온화하는데 사용되고 콜렉터 표면(5, 10, 11, 21, 24, 25, 31, 32, 38)으로 향하는 이온화 전극으로 이루어진 이온화 요소를 구성되는 장치에 있어서, 콜렉터 표면의 하전상태와 하전불순입자간의 차이 뿐만 아니라 이온화 전극등과 콜렉터 표면간의 거리를 조정하여 불순입자를 콜렉터 표면 쪽으로 곧바로 향하는 이온빔으로 이송하고 콜렉터 표면상에 정착시킴을 특징으로 하는 공기 또는 송기관 가스등의 기체정화장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 장치에 콜렉터 표면을 세척하는 세척설비(16-18)가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 공기 또는 송기관 가스등의 기체정화장치.
- 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 덕트(20)는 물등의 세척액이 출구 개구부(22)를 통해 덕트 밖으로 유출되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공기 또는 송기관 가스등의 기체정화 장치.
- 제 3항 내지 제 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 덕트에는 공기 또는 송기관 가스등의 유동을 억제하는 신장부(23)가 제공되고, 신장부에는 한 또는 다수의 이온화 전극이 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 공기 또는 송기관 가스등의 기계정화장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 덕트(30)가 적어도 부분적으로 스파이럴 형태를 취함을 특징으로 하는 공기 또는 송기관 가스등의 기체정화장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 정화덕트(37)가 배출공기덕트(39)내에 놓여짐을 특징으로 하는 공기 또는 송기관 가스등의 기테정화장치.
- 제 3항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 장치가 이온화 전극에 공급되는 고전압을 생성하는 수단(37-41)을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 공기 또는 송기관 가스등의 기체정화장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 이온화 전극등의 습도, 온도 또는 전류가 허용범위 밖에 있을 때 장치가 동력공급을 차단하는 마이크로프로세서(42)를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 공기 또는 송기관 가스등의 기체정화장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
