Claims (7)
- 방전전극(13)과, 이 방전전극(13)과 대치하는 대향전극(14)과, 상기 양 전극(13, 14)에 방전전압을 인가하도록 접속된 전원수단(18)을 구비하며,선 형상 내지 봉 형상의 방전전극(13)의 선단으로부터 대향전극(14)의 전극면을 향하여 스트리머방전이 발생하도록 구성된 방전장치이며,상기 방전전극(13)은, 그 횡단면 형상이 선단으로부터 기단에 걸쳐 동일 형상으로 형성되고,상기 대향전극(14)의 전극면은, 상기 방전전극(13)과 평행한 평면으로 구성되며,상기 방전전극(13)과 상기 대향전극(14) 사이의 거리(L)가 10mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방전전극(13)과 상기 대향전극(14) 사이의 거리(L)가 3mm 이상 10mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방전장치.
- 방전전극(13)과 대향전극(14) 사이에 피처리가스를 통기시켜 방전장치로 피처리가스를 처리하는 공기정화장치로서,상기 방전장치는, 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 방전장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기정화장치.
