Description
Claims (20)
- 산화마그네슘을 1-10중량%, 산화실리콘을 0.5-10중량%, 나머지가 실질적으로 티탄산 알루미늄으로 구성된 조성물을 소결함으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 영률이 1,600kg/m㎡ 이상인 세라믹 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소결체가 평균입자 직경이 8㎛ 이하인 원료물질 분말로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소결체가 평균입자 직경이 0.6㎛-8㎛인 원료물질 분말로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소결체가 평균입자 직경이 7㎛ 이하인 원료물질 분말로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소결체가 평균입자 직경이 0.6㎛-7㎛인 원료물질 분말로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 티탄산 알루미늄이 Al2O3: TiO2의 몰비가 1.3 : 0.7-0.8 : 1.2인 산화 알루미늄과 산화티타늄의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 세락믹 소결체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 티탄산 알루미늄이 A12O3: TiO2의 몰비가 1.3 : 0.7-0.8 : 1.2인 산화알루미늄과 산화티타늄의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 세락믹 소결체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 티탄산 알루미늄이 A12O3: TiO2의 몰비가 1.3 : 0.7-0.8 : 1.2인 산화알루미늄과 산화티타늄의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 세락믹 소결체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 티탄산 알루미늄이 A12O3: TiO2의 몰비가 1.3 : 0.7-0.8 : 1.2인 산화알루미늄과 산화티타늄의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 세락믹 소결체.
