Claims (9)
- 니트릴을 그에 상응하는 아미드로 수화시켜서 생물학적으로 아미드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 니트릴을 Rhodococcus rhodochrous종의 미생물을 코발트 이온 존재하에 배양시켜서 얻어진 니트릴 수화효소를 작용시켜서 상기 니트릴에 상응하는 아미드로 수화시키는 것을 특징으로하는 아미드의 생물학적 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물은 Rhodococcus rhodochrous종의 균주 J-1, FERM BP-1478임을 특징으로 하는 아미드의 생물학적 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니트릴은 그의 방향족 핵에 4~10개의 탄소원자를 갖는 방향족 니트릴임을 특징으로 하는 아미드의 생물학적 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 니트릴은 다음의 구조식 (Ⅰ),(Ⅱ),(Ⅲ),(Ⅳ) (Ⅴ) 및 (Ⅵ)로 표시되는 화합물 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로하는 아미드의 생물학적 제조방법.여기서, R1 및 R2 각각 H,CH3,OH,OCH3,Cl,F,CN,NH2또는 NO2를 나타낸다.여기서, X는 S 또는 O이다.
- 제4항에 있어서, 방향족 니트릴은 2-시아노피리딘, 3-시아노피리딘 또는 4-시아노피리딘인 것임을 특징으로하는 아미드의 생물학적 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 니트릴은 3-시아노피리딘인 것임을 특징으로하는 아미드의 생물학적 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 니트릴은 시아노피라진인 것임을 특징으로하는 아미드의 생물학적 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니트릴은 2~6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방족 니트릴기임을 특징으로 하는 아미드의 생물학적 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 니트릴기는 아크릴로 니트릴기임을 특징으로 하는 아미드의 생물학적 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
