Claims (5)
- 이투린-관련물질에 대한 내성 및 L-리신 생산능력을 갖는 코리네형 글루타민 산-생산 미생물을 배지에서 배양하고, 배양물중에 L-리신을 축적시키고, 그로부터 L-리신을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 L-리신의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이투린-관련물질이 이투린 A, 이투린 C, 미코수브틸린, 바실로마이신 L 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 제조방법.
- 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰(Corynebacterium glutamicum) H-4933 또는 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 H-4934를 배지에서 배양하고, 배양물중엔 L-리신을 축적시키고 그로부터 L-리신을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 L-리신의 제조방법.
- 코리네박테리움 그루타미쿰 H-4933의 생물학적으로 순수한 배양물.
