Claims (13)
- 조합하여 설치되어 고정되는 다수의 형 부분으로 이루어지며, 이들 각각이 일반적으로 균일한 두께를 지니는 충전재층과 그 내부 또는 외부표면에 형성되며 그 사이를 통하여 물 및 공기를 흐르게하기 위하여 상기 형의 성형표면과 평행하여 대부분 이어지는 다수의 채널을 형성하는 다공성 몸체; 그 내에서 상기 다공성 몸체에 맞추어 조립하기 위한 보강 철제프레임;과 상기 다공성 몸체와 상기 철프레임사이의 공간을 채우기 위한 충전재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기 가압주입성형용 형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 몸체가 10재지 60mm의 두께를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기 가압 주입성형용 형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충전재가 상기 형부분이 설치될때 이 형부분의 분리표면의 대부분을 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기 가압주입성형용 형.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 몸체를 제외한 상기형부분의 분리표면을 덮기 위해서 상기 충전재의 표면에 적용된 수지층으로 더 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기 가압주입성형용 형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충전재가 상기 다공성 몸체와 상기 철제프레임 사이에서 적어도 10mm의 두께를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기 가압주입성형용 형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충전재와 접촉하는 상기 다공성 몸체의 외부표면을 밀봉하는 수지와 상기 다공성 몸체 및 상기 철제프레임에 상기 충전재를 맞춰 조립하기 위한 수단과로 더 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기 가압주입성형용 형.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수단이 사이에 적용된 부착제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기 가압주입성형용 형.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수단이 사이에 적용된 시멘트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기 가압주입성형용 형.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수단이 물리적 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기 가압주입성형용 형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널이 상기 형의 성형표면으로부터의 공간만큼 넓은 0.2내지 3배의 간격으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기 가압주입성형용 형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형의 외부와의 연통을 제공하기 위하여 상기 채널에 연결된 적어도 하나의 파이프로 더 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기 가압 주입성형용 형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널이 0.5내지 10.0mm의 유효직경을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기 가압 주입성형용 형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 채널이 상기 다공성 몸체의 외부표면에 개방된 홈의 형태로 형성되며 테이프로 폐쇄된 그들의 개구를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 도자기 가압주입성형용 형.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
