Claims (8)
- 고온에서 열주기내에 산화성과 표면내 산화성을 가지며 밀착성의 조직화된 산화알루미늄 표면의 형성에 적합한 열간 가공가능한 페라이트 스텐레스 강합금에 있어서, 중량으로 8.0-25.0%의 크롤, 3.0-8.0%의 알루미늄과, 합의 최대가 0.060이고 각각의 함량이 0.002-0.05%인 세륨, 란탄, 네오디미움 및 프라세오듐중 하나 이상으로 구성된 회토류 원소첨가물, 4.0%까지의 실리콘, 0.06-1.0%망간과 표준제강 불순물인 0.050% 이하의 탄소, 0.050% 이하의 질소, 0.020% 이하의 산소, 0.040% 이하의 인, 0.030% 이하의 우황, 0.050% 이하의 동, 1.0% 이하의 닉켈 및 0.005% 이하인 칼슘과 마그네슘과 나머지 량을 철로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 철-크롤-알루미늄합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회토류 첨가물이 세륨과 란탄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 철-크롤-알루미늄합금.
- 제1항 또는 4항에 있어서, 세륨 또는 란탄의 최소 총량이 %Cr/2200 이하인 철-크롤-알루미늄합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3%까지의 실리콘을 함유하는 철-크롤-알루미늄합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 망간의 함량이 약 0.10-0.50%인 철-크롤-알루미늄합금.
