도 5 는 본 발명에 따른 해부 모델의 해부 부분을 위한 지지체(support)의 측면 단면도이다.
도 6 은 본 발명에 따른 해부 모델과 사용을 위한 복강경 트레이너의 상부 사시도이다.
도 7 은 본 발명에 따른 해부 모델의 지지체 및 프레임의 상부 사시도이다.
Claims (21)
- 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델에 있어서,
평평한 내부 표면과 외부 표면을 갖는 인조(artificial) 간 계층;
평평한 내부 표면과 평평한 외부 표면을 갖는 인조 근막 계층(fascia layer); - 상기 인조 근막 계층의 평평한 외부 표면이 상기 인조 간 계층의 평평한 내부 표면에 오버레이(overlay)되고, 상기 인조 근막 계층과 상기 인조 간 계층 사이에 제1 포켓(pocket)이 형성되도록 상기 인조 근막 계층이 상기 인조 간 계층에 부착됨-; 및
상기 제1 포켓의 위치에서 상기 인조 근막 계층에 부착된 인조 담낭(gallbladder)을 포함하는, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델. - 제1항에 있어서, 평평한 내부 표면과 평평한 외부 표면을 갖는 인조 복막 계층(peritoneum layer)을 더 포함하고; 상기 평평한 외부 표면이 상기 인조 담낭과 상기 인조 근막 계층의 내부 표면에 오버레이되고, 상기 인조 복막 계층과 상기 인조 근막 계층 사이에 제2 포켓이 형성되도록 상기 인조 복막 계층이 상기 인조 근막 계층에 부착되는, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 인조 복막 계층은 상기 인조 담낭에 부착되는, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 인조 복막 계층을 상기 인조 간 계층으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 당기는 것은 상기 인조 복막 계층과 함께 상기 인조 담낭이 당겨지는 것으로 귀결되는, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 인조 복막 계층을 당기는 것은 상기 제1 포켓과 상기 제2 포켓의 텐팅(tenting)으로 귀결되는, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 인조 복막 계층을 당기는 것은 상기 인조 복막 계층이 상기 인조 근막 계층에 대해 텐팅되고 그리고 상기 인조 근막 계층이 상기 인조 간 계층에 대해 텐팅되는 것으로 귀결되는, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 인조 복막 계층의 둘레(perimeter)는 상기 인조 근막 계층의 둘레에 부착되고, 상기 인조 근막 계층의 둘레는 상기 인조 간 계층의 둘레에 부착되는, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 포켓은 상기 인조 근막 계층의 둘레로부터 내부의 대부분의 중간 부분 또는 부분들이 상기 인조 간 계층에 부착되지 않고, 이동성을 유지하도록 형성되어 상기 인조 간 계층으로부터 분리되는, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인조 담낭은 실제 인체 해부를 모의하도록 배열되고 구성된 복수의 모조(simulated) 해부 구조를 포함하고; 상기 복수의 모조 해부 구조는 담낭관(cystic duct)에 연결된 모조 담낭, 모조 총담관(common bile duct)에 연결된 모조 총간관(common hepatic duct), 모조 담낭 동맥, 모조 오른쪽 간 동맥 및 모조 왼쪽 간 동맥에 연결되고 분기되는 모조 총 간 동맥을 포함하는, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 인조 담낭은 상기 복수의 해부 구조 주위의 둘레 내부에 선택적으로 배치된 부착물로 상기 모조 근막 계층의 평평한 내부 표면에 부착되는, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 모의 담낭은 실리콘 또는 열가소성 탄성중합체(elastomer)로 성형된 솔리드(solid) 또는 중공(hollow) 구상(bulbous) 구조를 포함하고; 상기 담낭은 담즙(bile)을 모의하기 위해 밝은 그린(green) 또는 옐로우 (yellow) 색상인, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 모조 담낭관, 모조 총간관 및 모조 총담관은 밝은 그린 색상으로 착색된 실리콘 또는 열가소성 탄성중합체로 만들어진, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 모조 담낭관, 모조 총간관 및 모조 총담관은 솔리드 또는 중공 관형 구조인, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 모조 담낭 동맥, 모조 총 간 동맥, 모조 오른쪽 간 동맥 및 모조 왼쪽 간 동맥은 레드(red) 색상으로 착색된 실리콘 또는 열가소성 탄성중합체로 만들어진, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 모조 담낭 동맥, 모조 총 간 동맥, 모조 오른쪽 간 동맥, 및 모조 왼쪽 간 동맥은 솔리드(solid) 또는 중공 관형 구조인, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 모조 담낭, 모조 담낭관, 모조 총간관 및 모조 총담관 중 하나 이상은 하나 이상의 모조 담석을 포함하고; 상기 하나 이상의 모조 담석의 각각은 플라스틱으로 만들어진 작은 비드 유사(bead-like) 구조를 갖는, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 모조 담석은 상기 담낭의 중공 공간 내부 및/또는 상기 모조 담낭관, 모조 총간관 및 모조 총담관 중 하나 이상의 내강(lumen) 내부에 배치되는, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인조 간은 실리콘 또는 열가소성 탄성중합체로 성형되고; 상기 인조 간은 레드 색상인, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인조 간 계층의 외부 표면은 볼록하게 커브진, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인조 근막 계층은 부분적으로 반투명하거나 투명하거나 옐로우 색상로 착색된 실리콘 또는 열가소성 탄성중합체로 만들어진, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인조 복막 계층은 부분적으로 반투명하거나 투명하거나 옐로우 색상으로 착색된 실리콘 또는 열가소성 탄성중합체로 만들어진, 수술 트레이닝용 해부 모델.
