Claims (13)
- 500 nm 미만의 입자 두께와 15 내지 30 ㎛의 D50 값 및 30 내지 45 ㎛의 D90 값을 갖는, 코팅 및/또는 비코팅된 Al2O3 플레이크, 및
하나 이상의 유기 염료, 유기 안료, 투명 안료, 불투명 백색 안료, 유색 안료, 흑색 안료, 플레이크 형태의 산화철, 홀로그램 안료, 액정 중합체, 금속 산화물-코팅된 운모 또는 SiO2 플레이크에 기반한 투명, 유색 또는 흑색 광택 안료, 또는 충전제
를 포함하는, 혼합물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 α-알루미나 플레이크인 것을 특징으로 하는, 혼합물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 80 미만의, 두께 분포의 표준 편차를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 혼합물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 TiO2, ZrO2, SiO2, SnO2, In2O3, ZnO 또는 이들의 조합으로 도핑된 것을 특징으로 하는, 혼합물. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
도핑의 양이 Al2O3 플레이크를 기준으로 0.01 내지 5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 혼합물. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 TiO2로 도핑된 것을 특징으로 하는, 혼합물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 금속 산화물, 2종 이상의 금속 산화물의 혼합물, 금속, 금속 황화물, 티탄 아산화물, 티탄 옥시나이트라이드, FeO(OH), SiO2, 금속 합금 또는 희토류 화합물의 하나 이상의 층으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는, 혼합물. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 금속 산화물 또는 2종 이상의 금속 산화물의 혼합물의 하나 이상의 층으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는, 혼합물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 하기 적층체로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는, 혼합물:

상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 총 안료를 기준으로 40 내지 90 중량%의 Al2O3 플레이크 및 10 내지 60 중량%의 코팅으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 혼합물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
효과 안료용 기재 물질로서; 페인트, 코팅, 자동차용 코팅, 자동차용 피니싱, 산업적 코팅, 페인트, 분말 코팅, 인쇄용 잉크, 보안인쇄용 잉크, 플라스틱, 세라믹 재료, 화장품, 유리, 종이, 종이 코팅, 전자 사진 인쇄용 토너, 시드, 온실 시팅 또는 타폴린, 기계 또는 장치의 절연을 위한 열전도성, 자립성, 전기절연성, 가요성 시트 분야의 제형에서; 종이 또는 플라스틱의 레이저 마킹에서의 흡수제, 플라스틱의 레이저 용접에서의 흡수제, 물, 유기 및/또는 수성 용매를 포함하는 안료 페이스트로서; 또는 안료 제제 또는 건조 제제에서 사용되는, 혼합물.
