Claims (11)
- 주성분으로 산화알루미늄과 산화아연이 100 : 0.1 ∼ 5 중량비로 포함된 판상 알루미나 결정체에, 금속 또는 금속 전구체 입자가 코팅되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진주안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 두께가 0.1 ∼ 0.5 ㎛이고, 평균직경이 15 ∼ 40 ㎛이며, 각형비(aspect-ratio)가 50 ∼ 250 인 것임을 특징으로 하는 진주안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 또는 금속 전구체는 금, 은, 구리, 티타늄, 주석, 및 철 금속 단독, 이들 금속의 산염, 할로겐화물 및 산화물 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 진주안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 또는 금속 전구체는 판상 알루미나 결정체 100 중량부에 대하여 30 ∼ 60 중량부 범위로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 진주안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진주안료는 은색, 금색, 빨간색, 보라색, 파란색, 녹색 및 금속색을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 진주안료.
- 수용성 융제가 함유된 알루미늄 전구체 수용액에, 상기 알루미늄 전구체 100 중량부에 대하여 아연 전구체가 0.1 ∼ 5 중량부 포함된 전구체 수용액을 혼합하여 금속 전구체 수용액을 제조하는 1단계;상기 금속 전구체 수용액을 나트륨염 수용액으로 pH 6.0 ∼ 7.5 범위로 적정한 후, 가수분해하여 혼합 겔을 제조하는 2단계;상기 제조된 혼합 겔을 60 ∼ 100 ℃ 온도, 5 ∼ 30 시간 동안 숙성시키는 3단계;상기 숙성된 혼합 겔을 60 ∼ 200 ℃ 온도, 1 ∼ 48 시간 동안 건조하는 4단계;상기 건조된 혼합 겔을 850 ∼ 1,300 ℃ 온도, 1 ∼ 10 시간 동안 결정화하여 결정화된 케이크를 제조하는 5단계;상기 결정화된 케이크를 상온으로 냉각시킨 후, 20 ∼ 90 ℃ 물에 용해 및 여과하여 융제를 제거시킨 다음, 20 ∼ 90 ℃ 온도, 0.1 ∼ 30% 황산용액으로 분산시키고, 여과, 수세 및 건조하여 알파알루미나 결정체를 제조하는 6단계; 및상기 알파알루미나 결정체가 현탁된 수용액에 산을 가하여 pH 1.0 ∼ 3.0 으로 조절한 다음, 상기 결정체 100 중량부에 대하여 금속 또는 금속의 전구체 30 ∼ 60 중량부와, 알칼리수용액 30 ∼ 65 중량부 범위로 첨가 및 소성하여 결정체 표면에 코팅층을 형성하는 7단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진주안료의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 전구체과 아연 전구체는 각 금속의 산염, 할로겐화물 및 산화물 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 진주안료의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 융제는 황산나트륨, 황산칼륨, 황산수소칼륨, 붕산나트륨, 질산칼륨 및 수산화칼륨 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 진주안료의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 융제는 알루미늄 전구체 100 중량부 기준으로 80 ∼ 120 중량부 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 진주안료의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 나트륨염은 탄산나트륨, 탄산일수소나트륨, 수산화나트륨 및 인산나트륨 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 진 주안료의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 또는 금속 전구체는 금, 은, 구리, 티타늄, 주석, 및 철 금속 단독, 이들 금속의 산염, 할로겐화물 및 산화물 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 진주안료의 제조방법.
