Claims (16)
- 500 nm 미만의 두께 및 15 내지 30 ㎛의 D50 값 및 30 내지 45 ㎛의 D90 값을 갖는 Al2O3 플레이크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 α-알루미나 플레이크인 것을 특징으로 하는, Al2O3 플레이크. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 80 미만의, 두께 분포의 표준 편차를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, Al2O3 플레이크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 TiO2, ZrO2, SiO2, SnO2, In2O3, ZnO 및 이들의 조합으로 도핑된 것을 특징으로 하는, Al2O3 플레이크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
도핑의 양이 Al2O3 플레이크를 기준으로 0.01 내지 5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는, Al2O3 플레이크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 TiO2로 도핑된 것을 특징으로 하는, Al2O3 플레이크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 금속 산화물, 2종 이상의 금속 산화물의 혼합물, 금속, 금속 황화물, 티탄 아산화물, 티탄 옥시나이트라이드, FeO(OH), SiO2, 금속 합금 또는 희토류 화합물의 하나 이상의 층으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는, Al2O3 플레이크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 금속 산화물 또는 2종 이상의 금속 산화물의 혼합물의 하나 이상의 층으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는, Al2O3 플레이크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 하기 적층체로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는, Al2O3 플레이크:

상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 루타일(rutile) 또는 아나타제(anatase) 변형 상태의 TiO2로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는, Al2O3 플레이크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 루타일 변형 상태의 TiO2로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는, Al2O3 플레이크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 Al2O3 플레이크가 총 안료를 기준으로 40 내지 90 중량%의 Al2O3 플레이크 및 10 내지 60 중량%의 코팅으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, Al2O3 플레이크. - 하기 단계를 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 Al2O3 플레이크의 제조 방법:
(1) 1종 이상의 수용성 및/또는 불용성 알루미늄염의 수용액 또는 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;
(2) 상기 알루미늄염 용액에 알칼리 용액을 첨가하여 수산화 알루미늄 입자를 침전시키고, 상기 침전 전, 도중 또는 후에, 인 화합물 및 선택적으로 1종 이상의 도판트를 수용액에 첨가하는 단계;
(3) 물을 증발시킨 후, 단계 (2)의 침전된 생성물을 건조시켜 입자 및 알칼리염을 함유하는 건조 형태의 알루미나를 생성하는 단계;
(4) 단계 (3)에서 수득된 건조 형태를 하소시켜, 용융된 염 상태의 Al2O3 플레이크를 수득하는 단계;
(5) 단계 (4)에서 수득된 하소된 물질의 수용성 부분을 제거하는 단계; 및
(6) 입자 크기 및 두께를 조절하는 단계. - 페인트, 코팅, 자동차용 코팅, 자동차용 피니싱, 산업적 코팅, 페인트, 분말 코팅, 인쇄용 잉크, 보안인쇄용 잉크, 플라스틱, 세라믹 재료, 화장품, 유리, 종이, 종이 코팅, 전자 사진 인쇄용 토너, 시드, 온실 시팅 및 타폴린, 기계 또는 장치의 절연을 위한 열전도성, 자립성, 전기절연성, 가요성 시트 분야에서의 제형, 종이 및 플라스틱의 레이저 마킹에서의 흡수제, 플라스틱의 레이저 용접에서의 흡수제, 물, 유기 및/또는 수성 용매를 포함하는 안료 페이스트, 안료 제제 및 건조 제제에서, 효과 안료용 기재 물질로서의 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 Al2O3 플레이크의 용도.
- 제형 전체를 기준으로 0.01 내지 95 중량%의 양으로 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅 또는 비-코팅된 Al2O3 플레이크를 함유하는 제형.
- 물, 폴리올, 극성 및 비극성 오일, 지방, 왁스, 필름 형성제, 중합체, 공중합체, 계면활성제, 자유-라디칼 소거제, 항산화제, 안정화제, 악취개선제(odour enhancer), 실리콘 오일, 유화제, 용매, 보존제, 증점제, 유동 첨가제(rheological additive), 향미제, 착색제, 효과 안료, UV 흡수제, 표면활성 보조제 및/또는 화장품 활성 화합물, 충전제, 결합제, 진주광택 안료, 유색 안료 및 유기 염료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 Al2O3 플레이크를 함유하는 제형.
