Claims (15)
- 전해질막에 촉매층이 접합되어서 이루어지는 막·촉매 접합체의 제조 방법으로서,
접합 전의 촉매층의 표면에 액체를 부여하는 액체 부여 공정과,
액체가 부여된 촉매층과 전해질막을 열압착에 의해 접합하는 열압착 공정을 갖는 막·촉매 접합체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 부여 공정에 있어서 부여하는 액체가 물을 포함하는 액체인 막·촉매 접합체의 제조 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 물을 포함하는 액체에 있어서의 물의 함유 비율이 90질량% 이상, 100질량% 이하인 막·촉매 접합체의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 부여 공정에 있어서 부여하는 액체가 순수인 막·촉매 접합체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 부여 공정에 있어서 촉매층의 표면에 액적 형상으로 상기 액체를 부여하는 막·촉매 접합체의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 부여 공정에 있어서 상기 액체를 스프레이에 의해 부여하는 막·촉매 접합체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 부여 공정에 있어서 상기 열압착 공정에 있어서의 상기 액체의 양이 촉매층의 표면 1㎠당 0.1μL 이상 5μL 이하인 막·촉매 접합체의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전해질막으로서 탄화수소계 전해질막을 사용하는 막·촉매 접합체의 제조 방법. - 전해질막의 표면에 촉매층이 접합되어서 이루어지는 촉매층 부착 전해질막의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 전해질막의 표면에, 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 촉매층을 접합하는 것을 포함하는 촉매층 부착 전해질막의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 촉매층은 전해질막으로의 접합 전부터 기재에 의해 지지되어 있고, 상기 기재는 통기성을 갖는 촉매층 부착 전해질막의 제조 방법. - 전해질막의 양면에 촉매층이 접합되어서 이루어지는 촉매층 부착 전해질막의 제조 방법으로서,
전해질막의 한쪽의 면에 촉매 용액을 도포·건조해서 제 1 촉매층을 형성하는 공정과,
상기 전해질막의 다른쪽의 면에, 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 촉매를 접합해서 제 2 촉매층을 형성하는 공정을 갖는 촉매층 부착 전해질막의 제조 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 촉매층을 커버 필름으로 피복하는 공정을 더 갖고, 또한 상기 제 2 촉매층을 형성하는 공정을, 제 1 촉매층이 커버 필름으로 피복된 상태에서 행하는 촉매층 부착 전해질막의 제조 방법. - 전해질막에 촉매층이 접합되어서 이루어지는 막·촉매 접합체의 제조 장치로서,
접합 전의 촉매층의 표면에 액체를 부여하는 액체 부여 수단과,
액체가 부여된 촉매층과 전해질막을 열압착에 의해 접합하는 열압착 수단을 갖는 막·촉매 접합체의 제조 장치. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 부여 수단은 촉매층의 표면에 액적 형상으로 상기 액체를 부여하는 수단인 막·촉매 접합체의 제조 장치. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 부여 수단이 스프레이인 막·촉매 접합체의 제조 장치.
