Abstract
O,O'-이치환된 타르타르산의 L- 및 D-거울상 이성질체의 혼합물을 첨가하는 단계로서, L- 및 D-거울상 이성질체의 몰비가 80:20 내지 95:5인 단계 및 식 I-b의 (S)-니코틴을 얻는 단계; 또는
O,O'-디벤조일-D-타르타르산을 첨가하는 단계 및 식 I-c의 (R)-니코틴을 얻는 단계
에 의해 (R)- 및 (S)-거울상 이성질체의 혼합물로서의 식 I-a의 라세미 니코틴을 식 I-b 및 식 I-c로 표시되는 거울상 이성질체적으로 순수한 (S)- 및 (R)-니코틴으로 분리하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)
- 하기 식 I-b의 화합물의 제조 방법으로서,
(R)- 및 (S)-거울상 이성질체의 혼합물로서의 하기 식 I-a의 니코틴을 제공하는 단계
;
키랄 O,O'-이치환된 타르타르산의 첨가에 의해 식 I-a의 화합물의 거울상 이성질체를 분리하는 단계로서, 키랄 O,O'-이치환된 타르타르산은 L-거울상 이성질체를 포함하는 것인 단계; 및
식 I-b의 화합물을 얻는 단계로서, O,O'-이치환된 타르타르산은 L-거울상 이성질체와 D-거울상 이성질체의 혼합물이고, L-거울상 이성질체 대 D-거울상 이성질체의 몰비는 바람직하게는 80:20 이상, 더욱 바람직하게는 90:10 이상, 더욱 더 바람직하게는 95:5 이상인 단계
를 포함하는 식 I-b의 화합물의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 키랄 O,O'-이치환된 타르타르산은 O,O'-디벤조일 타르타르산(DBTA) 및 O,O'-디톨루오일 타르타르산(DTTA)으로부터 선택되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 키랄 O,O'-이치환된 타르타르산은 O,O'-디벤조일-L-타르타르산(L-DBTA)인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, O,O'-이치환된 타르타르산은 O,O'-디벤조일-L-타르타르산(L-DBTA) 대 O,O'-디벤조일-D-타르타르산(D-DBTA)의 몰비가 80:20 이상, 바람직하게는 90:10 이상, 더욱 바람직하게는 95:5 이상인 L-DBTA와 D-DBTA의 혼합물인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 키랄 O,O'-이치환된 타르타르산의 첨가를 용매로서 에탄올을 사용하여 수행하는 것인 제조 방법.
