Abstract
본 발명에 따른 폴리염화알루미늄의 제조방법에 의하는 경우 폴리염화알루미늄의 수처리 공정에 있어 미반응을 줄여 오염수에 대한 처리 효율을 높일 수 있고, 제조된 폴리염화알루미늄의 응집효율을 높여 수처리 능력이 향상된 고염기도의 수처리제로 활용할 수 있게 한다.

Claims (7)
- 염산 및 수산화알루미늄을 혼합시키는 반응단계;
상기 반응단계에서 스팀을 공급하는 스팀공급단계;
상기 스팀공급단계 이후에 물을 혼합시키는 희석단계;
상기 희석단계 이후에 1 내지 20 시간 방치하는 방치단계;
상기 방치단계 이후에 생성물을 여과하여 수득하는 여과단계 및
상기 여과 단계에서 수득된 생성물에 콜로이달 실리카를 포함하는 첨가제를 혼합하는 첨가제 혼합단계를 포함하는
응집효율이 향상된 폴리염화알루미늄의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서
상기 첨가제는 상기 여과과정을 통하여 수득된 폴리염화알루미늄 100 부피부에 대하여
0.0001 내지 0.001 부피부로 혼합되는 것인
응집효율이 향상된 폴리염화알루미늄의 제조방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
콜로이달 실리카는 물, 알코올, 벤젠 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느하나로 분산된 것인
응집효율이 향상된 폴리염화알루미늄의 제조방법. - 제 3항에 있어서
상기 첨가제는 염화아세테이트(CH3COONH4), 폴리염화비닐 (Polyvinyl chloride, PVC), 폴리비닐아세테이트(polyvinyl acetate), 폴리에스테르 (polyester), 폴리비닐알코올 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나를 더 포함하는 것인
응집효율이 향상된 폴리염화알루미늄의 제조방법. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 콜로이달 실리카는 SiO2 함량이 20 내지 40w%인 것인
응집효율이 향상된 폴리염화알루미늄의 제조방법. - 제 1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조방법으로 제조된
응집효율이 우수한 폴리염화알루미늄.
