Abstract
본 발명에 따른 폴리황산제이철의 제조방법에 의하는 경우 폴리황산제이철의 수처리 공정에 있어 미반응을 줄여 수처리 효율을 높일 수 있고, 제조된 폴리황산제이철의 응집효율을 높여 수처리 능력이 향상된 수처리제로 활용할 수 있게 한다.

Claims (7)
- 물 및 산화제이철을 혼합하는 희석단계;
상기 희석단계에 따른 물 및 산화제이철 혼합물에 황산을 혼합하는 반응단계;
상기 반응단계에서 반응기를 밀폐시키고, 가열하는 가열단계;
상기 가열단계 이후에 물을 혼합시키는 희석단계;
상기 희석단계 이후에 1 내지 20 시간 방치하는 방치단계;
상기 방치단계 이후에 생성물을 여과하여 수득하는 여과단계 및
상기 여과 단계에서 수득된 생성물에 콜로이달 실리카를 포함하는 첨가제를 혼합하는 첨가제 혼합단계를 포함하고,
상기 첨가제는 하기의 [화학식 1]로 이루어진 화합물을 더 포함하는 것인

(상기 화학식 1에서, X는 H, OH 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기이고, M은 Li, Na, K, F, Cl, Br, 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기이며, n은 1 내지 100의 정수이다.) - 제 1항에 있어서
상기 첨가제는 상기 여과과정을 통하여 수득된 폴리황산제이철 100 부피부에 대하여
0.0001 내지 0.001 부피부로 혼합되는 것인

콜로이달 실리카는 물, 알코올, 벤젠 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느하나로 분산된 것인

상기 첨가제는 콜로이달 실리카 100 중량부에 대하여
상기 [화학식 1]로 이루어진 화합물이 0.1 내지 0.5중량부로 혼합되는 것인

상기 콜로이달 실리카는 SiO2 함량이 20 내지 40w%인 것인
