Abstract
본 발명에 따른 샌드위치 패널은 고밀도이며 굴곡 강도, 굴곡 강성, 휨강성 및 경량화율 등의 물성이 개선되어, 다양한 생활 자재 또는 산업 자재 등으로 사용하기에 적합하다.

Claims (16)
- 폴리에스테르계 섬유 및 바인더를 포함하고, 겉보기 밀도가 0.5~0.8g/cm3인, 부직 섬유 구조의 코어층;
상기 코어층의 일면 이상에 적층된 스킨층; 및
상기 코어층과 스킨층를 접착하는 접착층을 포함하고,
상기 바인더는 비흡습성 공중합 수지인, 샌드위치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르계 섬유는 녹는점이 180~300℃인, 샌드위치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코어층의 굴곡강도(Flexural Strength)가 20 MPa 이상이고, 인장강도 (tensile Strength)가 50 내지 80 MPa 이고, 굴곡강성(Flexural Modulus)이 1.0~1.5 GPa이고, 인장 강성 (Tension Stiffness)이 1.0~1.8 GPa의 범위이고, 인장 신율 (Tensile Elongation )이 10~30%의 범위이고, 박리강도가 150~200 N의 범위인, 샌드위치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르계 섬유는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 (PET), 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인, 샌드위치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 비흡습성 공중합 수지는 85℃ 온도 및 상대습도 85%에서 100시간 방치한 후의 중량 변화율이 0.1% 미만, 샌드위치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바인더는 녹는점이 160℃ 이상인, 샌드위치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코어층은, 폴리에스테르계 섬유의 코어부(core part); 및 상기 코어부를 둘러싼 비흡습성 공중합 수지인 시스부(sheath part);를 포함하는 시스-코어형(sheath-core type) 이성분(bicomponent) 섬유를 더 포함하는, 샌드위치 패널. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스테르계 섬유는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 (PET), 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인, 샌드위치 패널. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 비흡습성 공중합 수지인 시스부는, 85℃ 온도 및 상대습도 85%에서 100시간 항온/항습 후 중량 변화율이 0.1% 미만인, 샌드위치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코어층의 두께는 0.1 내지 10mm 이고, 상기 스킨층의 두께는 0.1 내지 0.5mm 인, 샌드위치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스킨층은 알루미늄, 철, 스테인레스강(SUS), 마그네슘 및 전기아연도금강판(EGI)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상 인, 샌드위치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 접착층은 올레핀계 접착제, 우레탄계 접착제, 아크릴계 접착제 및 에폭시계 접착제 중 1종 이상을 포함하는, 샌드위치 패널. - a) 폴리에스테르계 섬유 및 바인더를 포함하고, 겉보기 밀도가 0.5~0.8g/cm3인, 부직 섬유 구조의 코어층를 준비하는 단계;
b) 상기 코어층의 일면 이상에 접착제를 도포하여 접착층을 형성하는 단계; 및
c) 상기 접착층 상에 스킨층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는, 제1항의 샌드위치 패널의 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 c) 단계는 코어층, 접착제 및 스킨층을 적층한 후, 광경화 또는 열경화시켜 스킨층을 형성하는, 샌드위치 패널의 제조방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 열경화는 50~110℃에서 5분 내지 2시간 동안 수행하는, 샌드위치 패널의 제조방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 열경화는 상온에서 1~10시간 동안 수행하는, 샌드위치 패널의 제조방법.
