Abstract
단열재를 포함하는 심재;
상기 심재의 일면에 구비되는 고분자를 포함하는 제1판재;
상기 심재의 타면에 구비되는 고분자를 포함하는 제2판재;
상기 제1판재 및 상기 제2판재가 상기 심재에 부착되는 면에 구비되는 적어도 1개 이상의 스크래치홈; 및
상기 심재와 상기 제1판재 및 상기 제2판재 사이, 그리고 상기 스크래치홈내부에 구비된 접착층을 포함하는 샌드위치패널을 제공한다.

Claims (14)
- 폴리스티렌(스티로폼), 폴리우레탄, PUR, PIR, 글라스울, 미네랄울로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 소재를 가진 단열재를 포함하는 심재;
상기 심재의 일면에 접착되며, 롤(roll) 형태로 성형, 공급될 수 있는 굴곡 특성을 가지는 소재로서, 고분자를 포함하고 두께가 1.5 내지 2.0mm 이면서 직경이 20cm 내지 70cm인 롤에 권취되어 연속생산될 수 있는 제1소재로 이루어지는 제1판재; 및
상기 심재의 타면에 접착되며, 롤(roll) 형태로 성형, 공급될 수 있는 굴곡 특성을 가지는 소재로서, 고분자를 포함하고 두께가 1.5 내지 2.0mm 이면서 직경이 20cm 내지 70cm인 롤에 권취되어 연속생산될 수 있는 제1소재로 이루어지는 제1판재 고분자를 포함하는 제2판재;
상기 제1판재 및 상기 제2판재가 상기 심재에 부착되는 면에 구비되는 적어도 1개 이상의 스크래치홈; 및
상기 심재와 상기 제1판재 및 상기 제2판재 사이, 그리고 상기 스크래치홈내부에 구비된 접착층을 포함하는 샌드위치패널.
상기 제1소재 및 상기 제2소재는 상기 고분자로서 비스페놀A를 단량체로 포함하여 합성된 페놀계 중합체 또는 페놀계 공중합체 수지를 포함하며, ASTM D790 시험방법으로 측정한 굴곡탄성률이 2.0 내지 2.5 GPa인, 내화학성을 가지고 연속생산된 샌드위치패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 샌드위치패널은 직사각형 형상이고, 상기 스크래치홈은 일단의 짧은 변에서부터 타단의 짧은 변까지의 길이방향으로 연속적으로 형성된 샌드위치패널. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 스크래치홈의 폭:길이 비는 1:1 내지 1:2인 샌드위치 패널. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 스크래치홈은 폭이 0.1 내지 0.2mm, 깊이가 0.1 내지 0.4mm 인 샌드위치패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1판재 및 상기 제2판재는 비열이 1.0 내지 1.5 J/g·K인 샌드위치패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1판재 및 상기 제2판재는 두께가 1.5 내지 2.0mm 이고, 직경이 20cm 내지 70cm인 롤에 권취될 수 있는 샌드위치패널. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1판재를 이루는 제1소재는 ASTM D790 시험방법으로 측정한 굴곡탄성률이 2.0 내지 2.5 GPa 인 샌드위치패널. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 고분자는 비스페놀A를 단량체로 포함하여 합성된 페놀계 중합체 또는 페놀계 공중합체 수지를 포함하는 샌드위치패널. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제1소재는,
상기 고분자와,
베이클라이트, 폴리우레탄, 에틸렌프로필렌, 클로로프렌 및 부틸고무로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 샌드위치패널. - 롤(roll) 형태로 성형, 공급될 수 있는 굴곡 특성을 가지는 소재로서, 두께가 1.5 내지 2.0mm인 고분자를 포함하는 제1판재 및 제2판재를 각각 직경이 20cm 내지 70cm인 롤(roll)에 권취하여 준비하는 제1판재 및 제2판재 준비단계;
단열재를 포함하는 심재를 준비하는 심재 준비단계;
상기 심재 및, 상기 제1판재, 상기 제2판재를 이송하는 공급단계;
상기 제1판재와 제2판재가 상기 심재와 밀착하게 될 면 중 적어도 하나의 면에 스크래치홈을 형성하는 단계;
연속적으로 공급되는 상기 제1판재, 상기 제2판재의 적어도 일면에 접착액을 분사하는 단계를 포함하는 접착액 분사단계;
분사된 상기 접착액이 상기 판재들과 상기 심재사이 및 스크래치홈에 접착층을 형성하는 접착층 형성단계; 및
상기 심재의 일면에 상기 제1판재를 접합하고, 상기 심재의 타면에 제2판재를 접합하는 접합단계를 포함하는 샌드위치 패널 제조방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 스크래치홈은 상기 제1판재 또는 상기 제2판재가 공급되는 길이방향을 따라 연속적으로 형성된 샌드위치 패널 제조방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 제1판재 및 상기 제2판재를 이루는 제1소재는 상기 고분자에 폴리카보네이트계 수지를 포함하는 마스터배치(Masterbatch)를 혼합하여 제조되는 샌드위치패널의 제조방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 마스터배치는,
칼슘카보네이트, 활석, 탈크, 실리카, 알루미나, 베이클라이트, 탄소나노튜브(CNT), 그래핀, 휘스커(Whisker), 글라스버블, 카보네이트 실란 커플링제 및 폴리에틸렌 왁스와 스테아린산염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 기능성첨가제를 더 포함하는 샌드위치패널의 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 기능성 첨가제는 상기 마스터배치 전체의 3 내지 20 중량% 로 포함되는 샌드위치패널의 제조방법.
