두께가 1.5 내지 2.0mm 이면서 직경이 20 ~ 70cm인 롤에 권취될 수 있는 고분자를 포함하는 제1판재; 및
상기 심재의 타면에 접착되며,
금속소재를 포함하는 제2판재; 를 포함하는 샌드위치패널을 제공한다.

도 2 및 도 3은 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 샌드위치패널의 제조공정을 나타낸 공정도이다.
도 4는 ASTM D790 시험방법을 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 다른 측면에 따른 샌드위치패널 시공용 마감부재의 구조를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (15)
- 폴리스티렌(스티로폼), 폴리우레탄, PUR, PIR, 글라스울, 미네랄울로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 소재를 가진 단열재를 포함하는 심재;
상기 심재의 일면에 접착되며,
롤(roll) 형태로 성형, 공급될 수 있는 굴곡 특성을 가지는 소재로서, 고분자를 포함하고 두께가 1.5 내지 2.0mm 이면서 직경이 20cm 내지 70cm인 롤에 권취되어 연속생산될 수 있는 제1소재로 이루어지는 제1판재; 및
상기 심재의 타면에 접착되며,
금속소재를 포함하는 제2소재로 이루어지는 제2판재; 를 포함하고,
상기 제1소재는 상기 고분자로서 비스페놀A를 단량체로 포함하여 합성된 페놀계 중합체 또는 페놀계 공중합체 수지를 포함하며, ASTM D790 시험방법으로 측정한 굴곡탄성률이 2.0 내지 2.5 GPa이고,
상기 제2소재는 스테인리스강(SUS)판, 갈바륨강판, 칼라강판, 용융 아연도금 강판, 도장 용융 아연도금 강판, 용융 알루미늄-아연합금 도금 강판 및 도장 용융 알루미늄-아연합금 도금강판으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나인 , 내화학성을 가지고 연속생산된 샌드위치패널.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1소재는 비열이 1.0 내지 1.5 J/g·K 인 샌드위치패널.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1판재의 두께는 상기 제2판재의 두께의 1배 내지 5배인 샌드위치패널.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제1소재의 열전도도는,
상기 제2소재의 열전도도보다 낮고, 상기 심재의 열전도도보다 높은 샌드위치 패널.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1소재는 베이클라이트, 폴리우레탄, 에틸렌프로필렌, 클로로프렌 및 부틸고무로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 샌드위치패널.

- 단열재를 포함하는 샌드위치 패널의 제조방법에 있어서,
롤(roll) 형태로 성형, 공급될 수 있는 굴곡 특성을 가지는 소재로서, 두께가 1.5 내지 2.0mm이며 고분자를 포함하는 제1소재로 이루어진 제1판재를 직경이 20cm 내지 70cm인 제1롤(roll)에 권취하여 준비하는 제1판재 준비단계;
금속소재를 포함하는 제2소재로 이루어진 제2판재를 제2롤(roll)에 권취하여 준비하는 제2판재 준비단계;
폴리스티렌(스티로폼), 폴리우레탄, PUR, PIR, 글라스울, 미네랄울로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 소재를 가진 단열재를 포함하는 심재와, 상기 제1판재 및 상기 제2판재를 상기 제1롤 및 제2롤에서 연속적으로 공급하는 판재 공급단계;
연속공급되는 상기 제1판재, 상기 제2판재 또는 상기 심재의 적어도 일면에 접착액을 분사하여 접착층을 형성하는 접착층 형성단계; 및
상기 심재의 일면 및 타면에 각각 상기 제1판재 및 상기 제2판재를 적층하여 상기 접착층으로 접착시킨 후, 압착하여 샌드위치패널을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 제1소재는 상기 고분자로서 비스페놀A를 단량체로 포함하여 합성된 페놀계 중합체 또는 페놀계 공중합체 수지를 포함하며, ASTM D790 시험방법으로 측정한 굴곡탄성률이 2.0 내지 2.5 GPa이고,
상기 제2소재는 스테인리스강(SUS)판, 갈바륨강판, 칼라강판, 용융 아연도금 강판, 도장 용융 아연도금 강판, 용융 알루미늄-아연합금 도금 강판 및 도장 용융 알루미늄-아연합금 도금강판으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나인 샌드위치패널의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 제1소재는 상기 고분자를 마스터배치(Masterbatch)로 혼합하여 제조되는 샌드위치패널의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 마스터배치는,
칼슘카보네이트, 활석, 탈크, 실리카, 알루미나, 베이클라이트, 탄소나노튜브(CNT), 그래핀, 휘스커(Whisker), 글라스버블, 카보네이트 실란 커플링제 및 폴리에틸렌 왁스와 스테아린산염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 기능성첨가제를 더 포함하는 샌드위치패널의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 기능성 첨가제는 상기 마스터배치 전체의 3 내지 20 중량% 로 포함되는 샌드위치패널의 제조방법.
- 단열재를 포함하는 샌드위치 패널 구조체에 있어서,
폴리스티렌(스티로폼), 폴리우레탄, PUR, PIR, 글라스울, 미네랄울로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 소재를 가진 단열재를 포함하는 심재와,
상기 심재의 일면에 접착되며, 롤(roll) 형태로 성형, 공급될 수 있는 굴곡 특성을 가지는 소재로서, 고분자를 포함하고 두께가 1.5 내지 2.0mm 이면서, 직경이 20 내지 70cm인 롤에 권취되어 연속생산될 수 있는 제1소재로 이루어진 제1판재와,
상기 심재의 타면에 접착되며, 금속소재를 포함하는 제2소재로 이루어진 제2판재를 포함하는 샌드위치패널; 및
상기 샌드위치 패널의 말단에서 결합되며, 상기 제1판재와 동일한 소재를 포함하는 마감부재;를 포함하고,
상기 제1소재는 상기 고분자로서 비스페놀A를 단량체로 포함하여 합성된 페놀계 중합체 또는 페놀계 공중합체 수지를 포함하며, ASTM D790 시험방법으로 측정한 굴곡탄성률이 2.0 내지 2.5 GPa이고,
상기 제2소재는 스테인리스강(SUS)판, 갈바륨강판, 칼라강판, 용융 아연도금 강판, 도장 용융 아연도금 강판, 용융 알루미늄-아연합금 도금 강판 및 도장 용융 알루미늄-아연합금 도금강판으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나인 샌드위치패널 구조체.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 마감부재는 인접하는 상기 샌드위치패널의 상기 제1판재들을 서로 연결하는 샌드위치패널 구조체.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 마감부재는 상기 샌드위치패널의 말단에 결합되어 우수를 받아 모으거나 원하는 방향으로 흐르게하는 샌드위치패널 구조체.
