도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자동차 휠 가드용 흡·차음 시트로 성형된 자동차 휠 가드의 일 예를 나타내는 그림이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자동차 휠 가드용 흡·차음 시트의 흡음율 시험성적서이다.
도 4는 MS341-20 4.13항에 의한 흡음률 측정 장치의 그림이다.

Claims (5)
- 자동차 휠 가드용 흡·차음 시트에 있어서,
폴리에스테르 섬유 40~80중량% 및 저융점 폴리에스테르 섬유 20~60중량%를 포함하여 이루어지는 부직포 기재의 양면에 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 분말이 총 80~120g/㎡ 도포되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 휠 가드용 흡·차음 시트. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 흡·차음 시트는 흡음율(MS341-20 4.14항 기준)이 1000Hz에서 0.16 이상, 2000Hz에서 0.35 이상, 3150Hz에서 0.60 이상, 5000Hz에서 0.70 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 휠 가드용 흡·차음 시트. - 폴리에스테르 섬유 40~80중량% 및 저융점 폴리에스테르 섬유 20~60중량%를 혼합하여 혼합 섬유를 얻는 섬유 혼합 단계;
상기 혼합 섬유를 개면하는 개면 단계;
상기 혼합 섬유를 일정한 두께의 웹으로 형성하고, 상기 웹을 적층하고, 상기 적층에 의해 이루어지는 웹적층물을 니들펀칭하여 부직포를 형성하는 부직포 형성 단계;
상기 부직포 형성 단계에서 형성된 부직포를 가열·가압하는 열처리공정과 냉각시키는 냉각공정을 거쳐 부직포 기재를 형성하는 부직포 기재 형성 단계; 및
상기 부직포 기재 형성 단계의 부직포 기재의 한쪽 면에 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 분말을 도포하고 건조하고, 건조된 부직포의 또 다른 한쪽 면에 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 분말을 도포하고 건조하는 분말 도포 단계;를 포함하는 자동차 휠 가드용 흡·차음 시트의 제조방법. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 분말은 평균 입경이 30~80메쉬이며, 상기 부직포 기재의 한쪽 면에서 40~60g/㎡이 도포되도록 하여, 상기 흡·차음 시트에서 총 80~120g/㎡가 도포되어 함침되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 휠 가드용 흡·차음 시트의 제조방법. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 분말 도포 단계에서 상기 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 분말 100중량부에 대해 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지를 말레산 무수물로 그라프팅하여 제조된 그라프트머를 포함한 접착성 수지 분말 10~40중량부를 더 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 휠 가드용 흡·차음 시트의 제조방법.
