Abstract
Description
도 2는 엑손 7을 포함하는 SMN2의 비율을 7일간의 처리 종료 후 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 및 6개월째에 평가한, 실시예 4에서 논의된 작용의 지속시간 연구로부터 얻은 결과를 나타낸다. "0"개월째 시료는 처리 종료 1일 후에 취해진다. CON은 식염수 처리된 마우스를 나타낸다. 0 내지 6개월의 다른 시점에서 대조군 식염수 처리된 마우스 중에서 % 포함에 차이를 나타내지 않았다.
