a) 헤테로상 프로필렌 공중합체 (HECO) 의 비정질 분획 (AM) 을 기준으로 30.0 내지 60.0 몰% 범위의 공단량체 함량, 및/또는
b) 1.8 내지 4.0 dl/g 범위의 고유 점도 (IV) 를 갖는, 복합체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프로필렌 동종중합체 (hPP) 가
a) 5.0 내지 120.0 g/10 분 범위의 용융 흐름 속도 MFR2 (230℃, 2.16 kg), 및/또는
b) ISO 11357-3 에 따라 측정된 적어도 150℃ 의 용융 온도, 및/또는
c) 프로필렌 동종중합체 (hPP) 의 총 중량을 기준으로 즉 4.5 중량% 미만의 자일렌 냉각 가용물 (XCS) 함량을 갖는, 복합체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리 섬유 (GF) 또는 탄소 섬유 (CF) 가 5 내지 30 ㎛ 범위의 섬유 평균 직경 및/또는 0.1 내지 20 ㎜ 의 평균 섬유 길이를 갖는, 복합체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리 섬유 (GF) 또는 탄소 섬유 (CF) 가 사이즈제를 포함하는, 복합체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체-기반 섬유 (PF) 가 폴리 비닐 알코올 (PVA) 섬유, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 (PET) 섬유, 폴리아미드 (PA) 섬유 및 이의 혼합물, 바람직하게는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 (PET) 섬유에서 선택되는, 복합체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체-기반 섬유 (PF) 가
i) 0.1 내지 20 ㎜ 의 평균 섬유 길이, 및/또는
ii) 5 내지 30 ㎛ 범위의 섬유 평균 직경, 및/또는
iii) 3.0 cN/dtex 내지 17 cN/dtex 의 강인성 (tenacity) 을 갖는, 복합체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체-기반 섬유 (PF) 의 ISO 11357-3 에 따른 용융 온도 Tm 이, 폴리프로필렌 기본 재료의 ISO 11357-3 에 따른 용융 온도 Tm 초과로, ≥ 40℃, 바람직하게는 40 내지 200℃ 인, 복합체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착 촉진제 (AP) 를, 복합체의 총 중량을 기준으로 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 7.0 중량% 의 양으로 포함하는, 복합체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 접착 촉진제 (AP) 가 산 개질된 폴리올레핀, 무수물 개질된 폴리올레핀 및 개질된 스티렌 블록 공중합체, 바람직하게는 말레산 무수물 관능화 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는, 복합체.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 복합체의 제조 방법:
a) 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 바와 같은 폴리프로필렌 기본 재료를 제공하는 단계,
b) 연속 섬유 형태의, 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 유리 섬유 (GF) 또는 탄소 섬유 (CF) 를 제공하는 단계,
c) 연속 섬유 형태의, 제 1 항 또는 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 중합체-기반 섬유 (PF) 를 제공하는 단계,
d) 단계 b) 의 섬유와 단계 a) 의 폴리프로필렌 기본 재료를 함침 및 코팅하여, 섬유 강화 폴리프로필렌 기본 재료를 수득하는 단계,
e) 단계 c) 의 중합체-기반 섬유 (PF) 와 단계 a) 의 폴리프로필렌 기본 재료를 함침 및 코팅하여, 중합체-기반 섬유 강화 폴리프로필렌 기본 재료를 수득하는 단계, 및
f) 임의로 단계 d) 의 섬유 강화 폴리프로필렌 기본 재료 및 단계 e) 의 수득된 중합체-기반 섬유 강화 폴리프로필렌 기본 재료를 배합함으로써 수득된 조성물을 사출 성형하는 단계,
여기서 방법 단계 d) 및 e) 는 동시에 또는 임의의 순서로 별도로 수행됨. - 제 12 항에 있어서, 방법 단계 d) 및 e) 가 인발성형 (pultrusion) 에 의해 수행되는, 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서, 방법 단계 d) 및 e) 가 별도로 수행되고, 단계 d) 의 섬유 강화 폴리프로필렌 기본 재료 및 단계 e) 의 중합체-기반 섬유 강화 폴리프로필렌 기본 재료가 존재하는 경우 단계 f) 전에 건조-배합에 의해 수행되는, 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 복합체를 포함하는, 성형 물품.
