- 여기광에 의해 형광을 발하는 형광체와 금속 산화물로 이루어지는, 표면이 여기광 입사면인 형광판과, 상기 형광판의 이면측에 배치된 반사층과, 방열 기판을 구비한 형광 광원 장치에 있어서,

상기 반사층은, 금속 산화물 다층막을 개재하여 상기 형광판의 이면측에 형성된 은 반사막으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광 광원 장치.
