Claims (13)
- 전기 전도성 구조체를 구비한 창유리로서,
- 서로 갈바닉 방식으로(galvanically) 분리된, 인쇄된 전도성 층인, 적어도 2개의 전기 전도성 구조체(2a,2b)를 구비한 창유리(1),
- 전기 전도성 구조체들(2a,2b) 중 적어도 하나의 전기 전도성 구조체상의 갈바닉 분리층(5), 및
- 갈바닉 분리층(5)상의 전기 전도체(4)
를 포함하고,
전기 전도체(4) 및 갈바닉 분리층(5)은 전기 전도성 구조체들(2a,2b) 사이의 용량 결합 요소(3)이고,
제1 전기 전도성 구조체(2a)는 가열 기능 및 안테나 기능을 가지며,
제2 전기 전도성 구조체(2b)는 안테나 기능을 가지고, 안테나 신호를 전달하기 위한 안테나 연결부(A)가 제2 전기 전도성 구조체(2b)의 단부에 제공되고,
용량 결합 요소(3)를 통해, 전기 전도성 구조체들(2a,2b)은 가열 전압(DC)에 대해서는 갈바닉 방식으로 분리되고 안테나 신호(고주파 AC)에 대해서는 용량 결합되고,
전기 전도체(4)는 갈바닉 분리층(5)에 의해 전기 전도성 구조체들(2a,2b)로부터 갈바닉 방식으로 분리되고,
용량 결합 요소(3)는 전기 전도성 구조체의 외부 윤곽과 가지런하게 적응되고,
용량 결합 요소(3)는 자체-접착제인 필름 층 시스템으로서 적용되는, 창유리. - 제1항에 있어서,
전기 전도체(4)는 전기 전도성 구조체들(2a,2b)을 전기 전도성 구조체들(2a,2b)의 폭 전체에 걸쳐서 덮는 창유리. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 전기 전도성 구조체(2a,2b)상에 적어도 하나의 용량 결합 요소(3)가 적용된 창유리. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
갈바닉 분리층(5)은 2 내지 6의 유전율을 갖는 창유리. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
갈바닉 분리층(5)은 적어도 2개의 층(5-1,5-2)을 포함하는 창유리. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
전기 전도체(4)는 10㎛ 내지 200㎛의 층 두께를 갖는 창유리. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
전기 전도성 구조체들(2a,2b)은 용량 결합 요소의 영역에서 빗(comb)처럼 구성되거나 사행(meander)처럼 서로 맞물리는 창유리. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
전기 전도성 구조체들(2a,2b)은 10㎛ 내지 100㎛의 층 두께를 갖는 창유리. - 전기 전도성 층을 구비한 창유리를 제조하는 방법으로서,
a. 서로 갈바닉 방식으로 분리된, 인쇄된 전도성 층인, 적어도 2개의 전기 전도성 구조체(2a,2b)로 창유리(1)를 코팅하고,
b. 전기 전도성 구조체들(2a,2b) 중 적어도 하나의 전기 전도성 구조체상에 적어도 하나의 갈바닉 분리층(5)을 적용하고,
c. 갈바닉 분리층(5)상에 적어도 하나의 전기 전도체(4)를 적용하는
것을 포함하며,
전기 전도체(4) 및 갈바닉 분리층(5)은 전기 전도성 구조체들(2a,2b) 사이의 용량 결합 요소(3)이고,
제1 전기 전도성 구조체(2a)는 가열 기능 및 안테나 기능을 가지며,
제2 전기 전도성 구조체(2b)는 안테나 기능을 가지고, 안테나 신호를 전달하기 위한 안테나 연결부(A)가 제2 전기 전도성 구조체(2b)의 단부에 제공되고,
용량 결합 요소(3)를 통해, 전기 전도성 구조체들(2a,2b)은 가열 전압(DC)에 대해서는 갈바닉 방식으로 분리되고 안테나 신호(고주파 AC)에 대해서는 용량 결합되고,
전기 전도체(4)는 갈바닉 분리층(5)에 의해 전기 전도성 구조체들(2a,2b)로부터 갈바닉 방식으로 분리되고,
용량 결합 요소(3)는 전기 전도성 구조체의 외부 윤곽과 가지런하게 적응되고,
용량 결합 요소(3)는 자체-접착제인 필름 층 시스템으로서 적용되는, 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
창유리(1)에 중간층(7)을 추가로 적용하는 방법. - 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,
갈바닉 분리층(5) 및 전기 전도체(4)를 적어도 하나의 전기 전도성 구조체(2a,2b)상의 용량 결합 요소(3)에 적용하는 방법. - 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 전기 전도성 구조체(2a,2b)상에 적어도 하나의 용량 결합 요소(3)를 필름 복합체 형태로 접착하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 안테나 기능을 갖는 창유리를, 안테나 및 가열 기능이 있는 자동차 글레이징(glazing)으로서 사용하는 방법.
