Claims (17)
- 전기 가열가능한 안테나 판유리(pane, 100)로서, 적어도
- 하나의 투명 판유리(1),
- 적어도 판유리 표면(Ⅲ)의 일부에 걸쳐 연장되고 적어도 부분적으로(section-wise) 전자기파를 수신 및/또는 전송하기 위한 평면 안테나로서 기능하는 하나의 가열층(6),
- 전압원에 전기적으로 연결가능하고 가열층(6)에 직접 접촉으로 전기 전도성으로 연결되어, 공급 전압의 인가 후 가열 전류(16)가 가열층(6)에 의해 형성된 가열 필드(17)에 걸쳐 흐르도록 하는, 적어도 하나의 제1 모선(5a) 및 하나의 제2 모선(5b),
- 직접 접촉으로 가열층(6)에 전기 전도성으로 연결되는 하나의 제1 안테나 연결부(8),
- 직접 접촉으로 섹션(section, 11) 내 가열층(6)에 전기 전도성으로 연결되는 하나 이상의 제2 안테나 연결부(9)
를 포함하고,
상기 섹션(11)은 가열층이 없는 분리 영역(10)에 의해 제1 안테나 연결부(8)가 전기 전도성으로 연결된 가열층(6)으로부터 직류에 대해 절연되고, 섹션(11)은 안테나 신호의 전송을 위해 인접 가열층(6)에 용량 결합(capacitive coupling)되는,
안테나 판유리(100). - 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 연결 도체(12)가 제1 안테나 연결부(8)와 제2 안테나 연결부(9)를 서로 갈바닉 연결(galvanic connection)하고 공통 안테나 풋 포인트(common antenna foot point, 13)를 갖는 안테나 판유리(100).
- 제2항에 있어서, 연결 도체(12)는 판유리(1) 상에, 또는 판유리 표면(Ⅲ)의 가열층이 없는 에지 영역(7) 상에 배열되는 안테나 판유리(100).
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 연결 도체(12)는 적어도 부분적으로 비차폐 선형 안테나 도체로 구현되고 전자기파 수신을 위한 선형 안테나로 기능하는 안테나 판유리(100).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 안테나 연결부(8) 또는 제2 안테나 연결부(9)는 제1 모선(5a) 또는 제2 모선(5b)에 직접 접촉으로 전기 전도성으로 연결되고, 제1 모선(5a) 및/또는 제2 모선(5b) 각각은 필터를 통해 전압원으로부터 분리가능한(decoupleable) 안테나 판유리(100).
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 제1 안테나 연결부(8), 제2 안테나 연결부(9) 및/또는 연결 도체(12)는 금속 와이어 또는 금속 포일로 제조되는 안테나 판유리(100).
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 제1 안테나 연결부(8), 제2 안테나 연결부(9) 및/또는 연결 도체(12)는 전기 전도성 인쇄 페이스트로 제조되고, 스크린인쇄법에 의해 가열층(6)이 배열되는 판유리 표면(Ⅲ) 상에 도포되는 안테나 판유리(100).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열층이 없는 분리 영역(10)은 제2 안테나 연결부(9)로부터 0 mm 내지 200 mm, 또는 0.1 mm 내지 100 mm의 간격(g)을 갖는 안테나 판유리(100).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섹션(11)은 가열층(6)의 면적의 10% 이하, 또는 5% 이하, 또는 1% 이하의 면적을 갖는 안테나 판유리(100).
- 제3항에 있어서, 가열층(6)은 절연 분리선(19)에 의해 전기적으로 분할되는 복수의 평면 세그먼트(18)를 갖고, 복수의 평면 세그먼트(18)는 가열층이 없는 에지 영역(7)에 인접한 안테나 판유리(100).
- 제10항에 있어서, 각각의 세그먼트(18)는 0.1 mm2 내지 100.0 mm2, 또는 1.0 mm2 내지 50.0 mm2, 또는 1.0 mm2 내지 25.0 mm2의 면적을 갖는 안테나 판유리(100).
- 제10항에 있어서, 연결 도체(12)는 평면 세그먼트(18) 상에 적어도 부분적으로 배열되는 안테나 판유리(100).
- 제10항에 있어서, 분리 영역(10) 및/또는 분리선(19)은 25 ㎛ 내지 300 ㎛ 또는 30 ㎛ 내지 140 ㎛의 너비(d)를 갖는 안테나 판유리(100).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 접착층(4)에 의해 서로 결합된 두 개의 개별 판유리(2, 3)를 갖는 적층 판유리(laminated pane)로서 구현되고, 가열층(6)은 개별 판유리의 하나 이상의 표면(Ⅱ, Ⅲ) 및/또는 개별 판유리들 사이에 배열된 캐리어의 한 표면 상에 배치되는 안테나 판유리(100).
- 전기 가열가능한 안테나 판유리(100)를 제조하는 방법으로서, 적어도
a) 하나의 전기 가열층(6)을 투명 판유리(1)의 판유리 표면(Ⅲ)의 적어도 한 부분에 적층하고,
b) 가열층(6)의 하나의 섹션(11)을 레이저 절제를 통해 형성된 가열층이 없는 분리 영역(10)에 의해 직류에 대해 전기 절연적으로 분할하고,
c) 적어도 하나의 제1 모선(5a) 및 하나의 제2 모선(5b)을 가열층(6)에 도포하고, 상기 모선(5a, 5b)은 전압원으로부터 모선(5a, 5b)에 공급 전압 인가 후, 가열 전류(16)가 가열층(6)에 의해 형성된 가열 필드(17)에 걸쳐 흐를 수 있도록, 직접 접촉으로 가열층(6)에 전기 전도성으로 연결되며,
d) 하나의 제1 안테나 연결부(8)를 가열층(6)에 도포하고 직접 접촉으로 가열층(6)에 전기 전도성으로 연결하고,
e) 하나의 제2 안테나 연결부(9)를 가열층(6) 상의 섹션(11) 내에 도포하고, 직접 접촉으로 가열층(6)에 전기 전도성으로 연결하며, 이에 의해 제2 안테나 도체(9)는 안테나 신호의 전송을 위한 섹션(11)을 경계짓는 가열층(6)에 용량 결합되고,
f) 하나의 연결 도체(12)를 판유리(1) 상에 도포하고, 제1 안테나 연결부(8) 및 제2 안테나 연결부(9)를 서로 갈바닉 연결하는,
안테나 판유리 제조 방법. - 제15항에 있어서, 모선(5a, 5b), 제1 안테나 연결부(8), 제2 안테나 연결부(9) 및 연결 도체(12)는 전기 전도성 인쇄 페이스트를 가열층(6)이 배열된 판유리 표면(Ⅲ)에 스크린인쇄함으로써 도포하고, 공정 단계 c), d), e) 및 f)를 동시에 수행하는 안테나 판유리(100) 제조 방법.
- 기능성 및/또는 장식용 개별 피스로서, 또는 가구, 장치 및 건물에 내장된 구성요소로서, 또는 육상, 항공, 수상 이동용 운송수단에서 앞유리, 뒷유리, 옆유리 및/또는 유리 지붕으로서 사용되는 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 안테나 판유리(100).
