Claims (26)

- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발현 제어 서열은 간-특이적 프로모터를 추가로 포함하는 재조합 바이러스 벡터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 간-특이적 프로모터는 티록신 결합 글로불린(thyroxin binding globulin, TBG) 프로모터 또는 림프구-특이적 단백질 1(lymphocyte-specific protein 1; LSP1) 프로모터로부터 선택되는 재조합 바이러스 벡터.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발현 카세트는 인트론, 코작(Kozak) 서열, 폴리A, 및 전사 후 조절 요소 중 1가지 이상을 추가로 포함하는 재조합 바이러스 벡터.

- 오르니틴 트랜스카르바밀라아제 결핍증에 대하여 헤테로접합성인 대상체에서 간세포 암종을 예방 및/또는 치료하는 방법에서 사용하기 위한, 기능성 인간 오르니틴 트랜스카르바밀라아제를 코딩하는 핵산 서열을 포함하는 바이러스 벡터.
