Abstract
Description
도 2 는 하나의 예시적인 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 엘리먼트들을 예시하는 개념도이다.
도 3 은 하나의 예시적인 비디오 파일의 엘리먼트들로서, 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 표현의 세그먼트에 대응할 수도 있는 엘리먼트들을 예시하는 블록도이다.
도 4 는 미디어 프리젠테이션 디스크립션 (MPD) 및 다양한 표현 그룹들을 포함하는 하나의 예시적인 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 예시하는 개념도이다.
도 5 는 다른 예시적인 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 예시하는 개념도인데, 여기서 MPD 데이터는 다양한 표현 그룹들에 대한 다양한 부분들로 분할된다.
도 6 은 트릭 모드들을 지원하기 위하여 이용될 수도 있는 다른 예시적인 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 예시하는 개념도이다.
도 7 은, 세그먼트들 내에 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 MPD가 업데이트되어야 한다는 것을 표시하는 MPD 업데이트 박스들을 포함할 수도 있는, 다른 예시적인 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 예시하는 개념도이다.
도 8 은 표현 그룹들의 표시들을 서버 디바이스에 의하여 제공하고, 그리고 클라이언트 디바이스에 의하여 표현 그룹들 및 선택된 표현 그룹 내의 개별 표현을 선택하기 위한 하나의 예시적인 방법을 예시하는 흐름도이다.
도 9 는 서버 디바이스에 의하여 트릭 모드를 표현하는 데이터를 제공하고, 그리고 클라이언트 디바이스에 의하여 데이터를 이용하여 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 트릭 모드 데이터를 취출하고 재생하기 위한 하나의 예시적인 방법을 예시하는 흐름도이다.
