Claims (10)
- 미디어 데이터를 송신하는 방법에 있어서,
데이터 부분과 제어 부분을 포함하는 미디어 프로세싱 유닛을 식별하는 과정; 및
상기 미디어 프로세싱 유닛을 송신하는 과정을 포함하며,
상기 미디어 프로세싱 유닛은 독립적으로 처리되는 단위이고, 상기 데이터 부분은 미디어 데이터를 포함하고, 상기 제어 부분은 상기 미디어 데이터와 관련된 파라미터들을 포함하며,
상기 미디어 프로세싱 유닛은 적어도 두 개의 액세스 유닛들을 포함하고, 상기 미디어 프로세싱 유닛에 포함된 상기 적어도 두 개의 액세스 유닛들 중 첫 번째 액세스 유닛은 상기 미디어 데이터의 재생이 시작될 수 있도록 하는 시작 위치이고,
상기 파라미터들은 상기 적어도 두 개의 액세스 유닛들이 시간 데이터 또는 비-시간 데이터 중 하나임을 지시하는 타입 정보를 포함하며,
상기 적어도 두 개의 액세스 유닛들이 상기 시간 데이터인 경우, 상기 적어도 두 개의 액세스 유닛들은 시간 정보를 포함하며, 상기 첫 번째 액세스 유닛은 상기 적어도 두 개의 액세스 유닛들 중 먼저 복호되는 액세스 유닛이며,
상기 미디어 프로세싱 유닛은 적어도 하나의 패킷으로 송신됨을 특징으로 하는 미디어 데이터를 송신하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 데이터 부분은 적어도 하나의 데이터 그룹에 대응하는 상기 미디어 데이터를 포함하는 미디어 데이터를 송신하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 데이터 그룹은 GOP(group of pictures)임을 하는 미디어 데이터를 송신하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파라미터들은 상기 적어도 두 개의 액세스 유닛들 각각의 복호 순서의 정보를 포함하는 미디어 데이터를 송신하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파라미터들은 상기 적어도 두 개의 액세스 유닛들 각각의 재생 지속 시간(representation duration) 정보 및 재생 순서 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 미디어 데이터를 송신하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 패킷은 랜덤 액세스 포인트의 위치 정보를 포함하는 미디어 데이터를 송신하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미디어 프로세싱 유닛은 소정의 크기를 갖는 GOP(group of pictures) 단위로 생성됨을 특징으로 하는 미디어 데이터를 송신하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 GOP 내의 미디어 데이터의 복수 개의 서로 다른 타입들 각각은 상기 미디어 데이터의 타입에 기초하여 별도로 저장됨을 특징으로 하는 미디어 데이터를 송신하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 어플리케이션 순방향 에러 정정(application-forward error control: AL-FEC)은 적어도 세 개의 픽쳐 타입들 중 적어도 두 개의 픽쳐 타입들에만 적용되고, 상기 픽쳐 타입들은 픽쳐 품질에 관련된 것임을 특징으로 하는 미디어 데이터를 송신하는 방법.
