Claims (7)
- 표면 조화된 전해 동박으로서, 상기 동박의 350℃ × 1시간 가열 후의 인장 강도가 300 ㎫ 이상, 350℃ × 1시간 가열 후의 연신율이 3.0% 이상, 동박 양면의 표면적비(실제 표면적/기하학적 면적)가 각각 1.6 내지 2.2인 전해 동박.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상온 상압 상태에서의 인장 강도가 500 ㎫ 이상인 전해 동박.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조화된 면의 조화 입자의 평균 입자 지름이 0.1 내지 2.0 ㎛인 전해 동박.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조화된 면의 조화 처리층의 두께가 0.3 내지 2 ㎛인 전해 동박.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조화된 면이 전해 동박의 광택면인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 동박.
- 평면 형상 집전체의 표면에 전극 구성 활물질층이 형성되어 이루어지는 양극 및 음극을 구비한 리튬 이온 이차 전지로서, 음극 집전체는 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전해 동박으로 이루어진 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 350℃ × 1시간 가열 후의 인장 강도가 300 ㎫ 이상, 350℃ × 1시간 가열 후의 연신율이 3.0% 이상인 전해 동박의 제조방법으로서,
상기 전해 동박을 제조하는 전해액은 N을 포함하는 복소환에 SH기가 결합한 구조를 가지는 화합물 또는 티오요소계 화합물로부터 선택되는 1 이상의 화합물의 유기 첨가제를 1 내지 20 ppm, 염소 이온을 10 ppm 내지 80 ppm 첨가한 황산구리계 전해액인 전해 동박의 제조 방법.
