Claims (10)
- 구형 기포를 갖는 발포체로서,
상기 구형 기포의 평균 구멍 직경이 20 ㎛ 미만이며,
상기 발포체의 밀도가 0.15 g/㎤∼0.9 g/㎤이고,
180°의 절곡 시험에서 크랙이 발생하지 않는
발포체. - 제1항에 있어서, 125℃에서 14일간 보존했을 때의 치수 변화율이 ±5% 미만인 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 125℃에서 14일간 보존했을 때의 인장 강도 변화율이 ±20% 미만인 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인접하는 구형 기포 사이에 관통 구멍을 갖는 연속 기포 구조를 갖는 발포체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 관통 구멍의 평균 구멍 직경이 5 ㎛ 이하인 발포체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시트형의 발포체 시트인 발포체.
- 구형 기포를 갖는 발포체를 제조하는 방법으로서,
연속 유상 성분과 이 연속 유상 성분과 불혼화성의 수상 성분을 포함하는 W/O형 에멀션을 조제하는 공정 (I)과, 얻어진 W/O형 에멀션을 부형하는 공정 (II)와, 부형된 W/O형 에멀션을 중합하는 공정 (III)과, 얻어진 함수 중합체를 탈수하는 공정 (IV)를 포함하고,
상기 연속 유상 성분은, 친수성 폴리우레탄계 중합체와 에틸렌성 불포화 모노머와 가교제를 포함하며,
상기 가교제는, 중량 평균 분자량이 800 이상인 다작용 (메타)아크릴레이트, 다작용 (메타)아크릴아미드 및 중합 반응성 올리고머에서 선택되는 1종 이상과, 중량 평균 분자량이 500 이하인 다작용 (메타)아크릴레이트 및 다작용 (메타)아크릴아미드에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는
발포체의 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 폴리우레탄계 중합체는, 폴리옥시에틸렌폴리옥시프로필렌글리콜 유래의 폴리옥시에틸렌폴리옥시프로필렌 단위를 포함하고, 상기 폴리옥시에틸렌폴리옥시프로필렌 단위 중 5 중량%∼25 중량%가 폴리옥시에틸렌인 발포체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 발포체를 포함하는 기능성 발포체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 발포 점착체, 발포 확산 반사체, 내약품성 발포체, 고회복성 발포체, 고기밀성 발포체, 내열성 충격 흡수 발포체, 흡액성 연속 다공체, 내열성 저열전도 발포체, 내후성 발포체, 발수성 발포체 중 어느 하나인 기능성 발포체.
