Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시 형태에 있어서의 변속기 컨트롤러의 개략 구성도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시 형태에 있어서의 아이들 스톱 제어의 실시 가부를 판정하는 제어를 설명하는 흐름도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시 형태에 있어서의 아이들 스톱 제어의 실시 가부를 설명하는 타임차트이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시 형태에 있어서의 아이들 스톱 제어의 실시 가부를 설명하는 타임차트이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시 형태에 있어서의 아이들 스톱 제어의 실시 가부를 설명하는 타임차트이다.
Claims (2)
- 아이들 스톱을 행하는 엔진(1)에 조합되는 자동 변속기(4)이며,
상기 엔진(1)의 자동 정지 중에 구동되는 전동 오일 펌프(10e)와,
상기 전동 오일 펌프(10e)에 공급하는 오일의 유온을 검출하는 유온 검출 수단(12)과,
상기 유온에 기초하여 구배 임계값을 설정하는 구배 임계값 설정 수단(12)과,
차량이 정차하고 있는 노면의 구배를 검출하는 구배 검출 수단(12)과,
상기 구배가 상기 구배 임계값보다도 큰 경우에, 상기 아이들 스톱을 금지하는 아이들 스톱 금지 수단(12)을 구비하고,
상기 구배 임계값 설정 수단(12)은, 상기 유온이 통상 유온에 비해 낮은 유온, 또는 상기 통상 유온에 비해 높은 유온일 때, 상기 통상 유온에 있어서의 구배 임계값보다도 작은 구배 임계값을 설정하는, 자동 변속기(4). - 아이들 스톱을 행하는 엔진(1)에 조합되는 자동 변속기(4)의 제어 방법이며,
전동 오일 펌프(10e)에 공급하는 오일의 유온을 검출하여,
상기 유온이 통상 유온에 비해 낮은 유온, 또는 상기 통상 유온에 비해 높은 유온일 때, 상기 통상 유온에 있어서의 구배 임계값보다도 작은 구배 임계값을 설정하고,
차량이 정차하고 있는 노면의 구배를 검출하여,
상기 구배가, 설정한 상기 구배 임계값보다도 큰 경우에, 상기 아이들 스톱을 금지하는, 자동 변속기(4)의 제어 방법.
