Abstract
이를 위해 본 발명은, 제어 압력에 의해 거동되는 피스톤, 상기 피스톤의 거동에 의해 접합 작동하게 되는 클러치가 구성되며, 상기 피스톤과 클러치 사이에 상기 피스톤의 거동 위치에 따라 단계적으로 스프링 강성을 증가하게 되는 쿠션스프링을 배치하여 클러치 접합에 의한 변속충격을 완화하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속충격 저감장치를 제공한다.

도 6은 변속시 유압에 의해 거동되는 피스톤 위치에 따라 발생되는 쿠션스프링의 다단계 강성특성을 거시적으로 나타낸 도면
도 7은 실차 검증을 위해 독자 8속 변속기에 1단 쿠션스프링을 적용하여 시험한 결과를 기존의 독자 8속 변속기를 탑재한 차량과 비교하여 나타낸 도면

Claims (2)
- 제어 압력에 의해 거동되는 피스톤, 상기 피스톤의 거동에 의해 접합 작동하게 되는 클러치가 구성되며,
상기 피스톤과 클러치 사이에 상기 피스톤의 거동 위치에 따라 단계적으로 스프링 강성을 증가하게 되는 쿠션스프링을 배치하여 클러치 접합에 의한 변속충격을 완화하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속충격 저감장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 쿠션스프링은 클러치의 작동방향으로 굴곡이 형성된 복수 개의 곡면스프링들이 서로 연결되어 형성된 것으로, 적어도 굴곡 높이가 서로 다른 두 종류 이상의 곡면스프링으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기의 변속충격 저감장치.
