상기 흡수성 조성물은 흡수성 중합체 구조와 상기 화학식 Ⅰ의 화합물을 접촉시켜 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 조성물. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 화학식 Ⅰ의 화합물은 상기 흡수성 중합체 구조의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.01 내지 10 wt.%의 흡수성 중합체 구조와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 조성물. - 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 흡수성 중합체 구조는 부분적으로 중화된 가교 폴리아크릴레이트(partly neutralized crosslinked polyacrylate)에 기초한 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 조성물. - 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 흡수성 중합체 구조는 내부 영역 및 상기 내부 영역을 둘러싼 외부 영역을 가지며, 상기 외부 영역은 상기 내부 영역보다 더 높은 가교도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 조성물. - 하기의 공정 단계를 포함하는 흡수성 조성물의 제조방법:
ⅰ) 흡수성 중합체 구조를 준비하는 단계;
ⅱ) 상기 흡수성 중합체 구조를 후-가교시키는 단계;
ⅲ) 상기 흡수성 중합체 구조와 화학식 Ⅰ의 화합물을 접촉시켜 가교시키는 단계;

여기서,
-R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 같거나 다를 수 있으며, 각각의 경우에서, 이는 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, C1- 내지 C4-하이드로카본 기 또는 히드록시 기를 나타내고,
-R5는 수소 원자, C1- 내지 C4-하이드로카본 기 또는 아세틸 기를 나타내며,
-n은 1,2 또는 3으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 정수를 나타내고,
-Mn +는 n-가 금속 양이온 또는 H+ 양이온을 나타내며,
여기서, 공정 단계 ⅲ)은 공정 단계 ⅱ) 이전, 동안 또는 후에 수행될 수 있다. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 수소 원자이고, 상기 Mn +는 전이 금속의 2가 금속 양이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 조성물의 제조방법. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 Mn +은 Zn2 +양이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 조성물의 제조방법. - 청구항 8 내지 10 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 공정 단계 ⅰ)에 제공되는 흡수성 중합체 구조는 부분적으로 중화된 가교 폴리아크릴레이트에 기초한 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 조성물의 제조 방법. - 청구항 8 내지 11 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 Ⅰ의 화합물의 함량은 상기 흡수성 중합체 구조의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.001 내지 10 wt.% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 조성물의 제조 방법. - 청구항 8 내지 12 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 Ⅰ의 화합물은 공정 단계 ⅲ)에서 파우더의 형태로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 조성물의 제조 방법. - 청구항 8 내지 13 중 어느 한 항에 따른 공정으로부터 얻을 수 있는 흡수성 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 7 또는 14 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 흡수성 조성물은 하기의 특성 중 적어도 하나를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 조성물:
(β1) ERT 441.2-02에 의해 측정된 적어도 20g/g의 체류양(retention);
(β2) ERT 441.2-02(총 입자 크기 분획물의 입자의 경우)에 의해 측정된 0.7 psi (50 g/㎠)에 대한 적어도 15g/g의 흡착양(absorption);
(β3) 최대 78 mol%의 중화도(degree of neutralization);
(β4) ERT 450.2-02에 의하여 측정된 적어도 9 g/sec의 유속(flow rate);
(β5) 본 명세서에서 기술된 시험 방법에 따라 측정된 적어도 60 mN/m의 표면 장력. - 청구항 1 내지 7, 14, 또는 15에 따른 흡수성 조성물 및 기질(substrate)을 포함하는 복합체(composite).
- 청구항 1 내지 7, 14, 또는 15에 따른 흡수성 조성물 및 기질 및 선택적으로 보조제(auxiliary)는 서로 간에 접촉이 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 17에 따른 제조 방법에 의하여 얻을 수 있는 복합체.
- 청구항 1 내지 7, 14, 또는 15 중 어느 한 항에 따른 흡수성 조성물 또는 청구항 16 또는 18에 따른 복합체를 포함하는 폼(foams), 성형 제품(shaped articles), 섬유(fibres), 호일(foils), 필름, 케이블, 실링 물질(sealing materials), 액체 흡수(liquid-absorbing) 위생용품, 식물 및 곰팡이(fungal) 성장 조절제용 담체(carriers), 포장 물질, 토양 개량제(soil additives) 또는 건축 물질(building materials).
- 폼, 성형 제품, 섬유, 호일, 필름, 케이블, 실링 물질(sealing materials), 액체 흡수 위생용품, 식물 및 곰팡이 성장 조절제용 담체, 포장 물질, 토양 개량제(soil additives)또는 건축 물질에서 활성 화합물의 방출을 제어하는데 사용하기 위한 청구항 1 내지 7, 14, 또는 15 중 어느 한 항에 따른 흡수성 조성물 또는 청구항 16 또는 18에 따른 복합체.
