Claims (33)
- i) (α1) 20 내지 99.999중량%의 중합되는 에틸렌 불포화 산기-함유 모노머 또는 이의 염, 또는 양자화되거나 4차화된 질소를 포함하는, 중합되는 에틸렌 불포화 모노머, 또는 이들의 혼합물,(α2) (α1)과 공중합 가능한, 0-79.999중량%의, 중합성 모노에틸렌 불포화 모노머,(α3) 0.001-5중량%의 1 또는 그 이상의 가교제,(α4) 0-5중량%의 금속염,(α5) 0-5중량%의 금속 산화물,(α6) 0-30중량%의 수용성 고분자,(α7) 0-20중량%의 수분, 및(α8) 0-20중량%의 하나 또는 그 이상의 첨가제로 이루어지는 수분-흡수 고분자 구조체, 여기서 상기 (α1) 내지 (α8)의 총 중량의 합은 100중량%임; 및ⅱ) (b1) 시스테인 및 (b2) 리시놀산의 Zn 염을 포함하는 냄새 결합제;를 포함하며,상기 수분-흡수 고분자 구조체의 표면을 상기 냄새 결합제와 접촉시킴으로써 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냄새-흡수를 위한 초흡수제 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수분-흡수 고분자 구조체는 ERT 420.1-99에 따라 측정된, 150㎛ 미만의 입자크기를 갖는 초흡수제 미세입자들을 수분-흡수 고분자 구조체를 기준으로 0 중량%보다 크고 40중량% 미만의 량으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수분-흡수 고분자 구조체는 ERT 420.1-99에 따라 측정된 150∼850㎛의 입자크기를 갖는 초흡수제 미세입자들을 수분-흡수 고분자 구조체를 기준으로 적어도 60중량%의 량으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물에 대하여 0 중량%보다 크고 20중량% 미만의 가교 가능한, 비-가교 고분자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 구조체는- 내부 영역 및- 상기 내부 영역에 둘러싸인 외부 영역을 포함하고,상기 외부 영역은 내부 영역보다 더 높은 가교도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 외부 영역내 또는 영역상의 냄새 결합제의 농도가 내부 영역내의 냄새 결합제의 농도보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 구조체는- 내부 영역 및- 상기 내부 영역에 둘러싸인 외부 영역을 포함하고,상기 외부 영역내 또는 영역상의 냄새 결합제의 농도가 내부 영역내의 냄새 결합제의 농도보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수분-흡수 고분자 구조체는 성분 b1과 다른 화합물로 표면 가교된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 ⅲ) 상기 수분-흡수 고분자 구조체와 다른 고분자 결합제를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.

- I. (α1) 20 내지 99.999중량%의 중합되는 에틸렌 불포화 산기-함유 모노머 또는 이의 염, 또는 양자화되거나 4차화된 질소를 포함하는, 중합되는 에틸렌 불포화 모노머, 또는 이들의 혼합물,(α2) (α1)과 공중합 가능한, 0-79.999중량%의, 중합성 모노에틸렌 불포화 모노머,(α3) 0.001-5중량%의 1 또는 그 이상의 가교제,(α4) 0-5중량%의 금속염,(α5) 0-5중량%의 금속 산화물,(α6) 0-30중량%의 수용성 고분자,(α7) 0-20중량%의 수분, 및(α8) 0-20중량%의 하나 또는 그 이상의 첨가제로 이루어지는 수분-흡수 고분자 구조체의 공급단계; 및Ⅱ. (B1) 시스테인 및 (B2) 리시놀산의 Zn 염을 포함하는 냄새 결합제를 상기 수분-흡수 고분자 구조체의 표면과 접촉시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초흡수제 조성물의 제조방법.

- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 Ⅱ)의 단계는 고분자 결합제의 존재 하에서 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 수분-흡수 고분자 구조체는 상기 접촉 단계 전에 표면 가교되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 수분-흡수 고분자 구조체는 ERT 420.1-99에 따라 측정된 150㎛ 미만의 입자크기를 갖는 초흡수제 미세입자들을 수분-흡수 고분자 구조체를 기준으로 0중량%보다 크고 40중량% 미만의 량으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.

- 제1항, 제6항 내지 제12항, 제15항 및 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 초흡수제 조성물 및 기재(substrate)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- 제29항에 있어서, 상기 복합체가 위생용품 코어(hygiene article core)로 형성되며, 상기 위생용품 코어 기준으로, 적어도 30중량%의 상기 초흡수제 조성물 및 적어도 1중량%의 기재(substrate)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- 액체-투과 탑시트(top sheet), 액체-불투과 백시트(back sheet) 및 상기 탑시트 및 백시트의 사이에 배열되는 제29항에 따른 복합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위생용품.
- 제17항 및 제22항 내지 제28항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 초흡수제 조성물 및 기재(substrate)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- 제32항에 있어서, 상기 복합체가 위생용품 코어(hygiene article core)로 형성되며, 상기 위생용품 코어 기준으로, 적어도 30중량%의 상기 초흡수제 조성물 및 적어도 1중량%의 기재(substrate)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
