Claims (9)
- 재료를 하류측으로 공급하면서 재료를 혼합하는 교반/혼합 스크류를 구비한 혼합 설비에 설치되는 혼합도 조절 장치이며,게이트 부재와,상기 게이트 부재를 이동시키는 구동 수단과,상기 구동 수단에 제공되는 구동량 변경 수단을 포함하고,상기 게이트 부재는 게이트 부재와 원형 섹션부 사이의 유로 면적이 변화하여 재료의 혼합도를 조정하는 방식으로 상기 교반/혼합 스크류에 제공된 원형 섹션부에 대해 이동되고,상기 구동량 변경 수단은, 상기 게이트 부재의 개방도(δ)가 작은 경우, 구동량(x)에 대한 이동량(△δ)의 변화율이 작아지는 상기 구동 수단의 구동량(x)과 상기 게이트 부재의 이동량(△δ) 사이의 관계를 제공하도록 구성되는, 혼합도 조절 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동량(x)과 이동량(△δ) 사이의 관계는, 상기 게이트 부재를 가로지르는 압력차(△P)가 구동량(x)에 대해 일정한 변화율로 변화하도록 설정되는, 혼합도 조절 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구동량(x)과 이동량(△δ) 사이의 관계는, 상기 구동 량(x)에 대한 상기 게이트 부재를 가로지르는 압력차(△P)의 변화율이 일정한 조건을 상기 게이트 부재를 가로지르는 압력차(△P)와 상기 게이트 부재의 이동량(△δ) 사이의 관계에 적용시킴으로써 유도되는, 혼합도 조절 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동량 변경 수단은 상기 구동 수단으로서 제공되는 액츄에이터와 상기 게이트 부재 사이에 배치되는 캠 부재이고, 상기 캠 부재는 상기 게이트 부재의 개방도(δ)가 작아지는 경우 구동량(x)에 대한 이동량(△δ)의 변화율이 작아지게 하는 프로파일을 가지는, 혼합도 조절 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 캠 부재는 상기 프로파일을 가지는 안내 홈을 포함하고, 상기 캠 부재가 상기 구동 수단에 의해 작동되는 경우, 상기 게이트 부재는 상기 안내 홈에 의해 안내되면서 이동한 결과 상기 게이트 부재의 개방도(δ)가 변화하는, 혼합도 조절 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동 수단은 상기 게이트 부재의 위치를 제어하는 구동 모터를 포함하고, 상기 구동량 변경 수단은 상기 게이트 부재의 위치를 검출하는 게이트 위치 검출 수단 및 상기 구동 수단의 구동량(x)과 상기 게이트 부재의 이동량(△δ) 사이의 소정 관계에 따라 구동량(x)이 상기 게이트 위치 검출 수단에 의해 얻어진 검출 값에 상응하도록 상기 구동 모터의 회전량을 제어하는 제어 수단을 포함하는, 혼합도 조절 장치.
- 혼합도 조절 장치용 혼합도 조절 방법이며,상기 혼합도 조절 장치는 재료를 하류측으로 공급하면서 재료를 혼합하는 교반/혼합 스크류를 가지는 혼합 설비에 설치되고, 게이트 부재를 포함하며,상기 게이트 부재는 게이트 부재와 원형 섹션부 사이에 형성되는 유로 면적을 변화시켜 재료의 혼합도를 조정하도록 상기 교반/혼합 스크류에 제공된 원형 섹션부에 대해 이동되고,상기 게이트 부재를 이동시키는 구동 수단의 구동량(x)과 상기 게이트 부재의 이동량(△δ) 사이의 소정 관계에 따라, 상기 게이트 부재의 개방도(δ)가 작아지는 경우, 구동량(x)에 대한 이동량(△δ)의 변화율이 작아지는 방식으로 상기 게이트 부재를 작동시키는 단계를 포함하는, 혼합도 조절 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 구동량(x)과 이동량(△δ) 사이의 관계는, 상기 게이트 부재를 가로지르는 압력차(△P)가 구동량(x)에 대해 일정한 변화율로 변화하도록 설정되고, 상기 게이트 부재는 상기 구동 수단의 구동량(x)과 게이트 부재의 이동량(△δ) 사이의 소정 관계에 따라 작동되는, 혼합도 조절 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 구동량(x)과 이동량(△δ) 사이의 관계는, 상기 구동량(x)에 대한 상기 게이트 부재를 가로지르는 압력차(△P)의 변화율이 일정한 조건을 상기 게이트 부재를 가로지르는 압력차(△P)와 상기 게이트 부재의 이동량(△ δ) 사이의 관계에 적용시킴으로써 유도되고, 상기 게이트 부재는 상기 구동 수단의 구동량(x)과 게이트 부재의 이동량(△δ) 사이의 소정 관계에 따라 작동되는, 혼합도 조절 방법.
