Claims (5)
- 폴리비닐 알콜 수지로 이루어진 편광 필름의 적어도 한쪽 측에, 하기 수학식 1의 관계를 만족하는 점도를 갖는 수계 접착제를 사용하여 보호 필름을 적층하는, 편광판의 제조방법.수학식 1Y 〈 5X위의 수학식 1에서,X는 수계 접착제의 25℃에서의 점도(mPa·s)이고,Y는 보호 필름 표면의 25℃에서의 물의 접촉각(°)이다.
- 보호 필름을 수세하는 공정 및폴리비닐 알콜 수지로 이루어진 편광 필름의 적어도 한쪽 측에, 하기 수학식 1의 관계를 만족하는 점도를 갖는 수계 접착제를 사용하여 수세된 보호 필름을 적층하는 공정을 포함하는, 편광판의 제조방법.수학식 1Y 〈 5X위의 수학식 1에서,X는 수계 접착제의 25℃에서의 점도(mPa·s)이고,Y는 보호 필름 표면의 25℃에서의 물의 접촉각(°)이다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 보호 필름 표면의 25℃에서의 물의 접촉각이 45°이하인, 편광판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수계 접착제의 25℃에서의 점도가 3 내지 10mPa·s인, 편광판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수계 접착제가 변성 폴리비닐 알콜계 수지를 함유하는 접착제인, 편광판의 제조방법.
